I had my Honda Accord repaired here after I let my wife drive my car one time. Jamie Price is a great guy and did a very good job repairing it to "pre-wife" condition. Their prices are much more affordable than some of the other body shops, too.

Awful, unprofessional, non responsive. I can't turn enough people away from this business. I'm easy to get along with and this is one of the rare times I've ever complained about a business. But this place was a joke from start to finish. When I was told the car was ready it wasn't. In fact, it was in the shop an entire additional week making the cost I paid the rental car significantly higher. When I phoned Jamie I was promised he'd call back with updates. He NEVER returned a single call. In the end the work was shoddy and expensive. He's a nice enough guy but his technicians, or at least the one that worked on my car, was terrible! There are far too many good body shops in Raleigh to mess with this place.
Pros: You're kidding, right?

Can't beat the service!

Took my Thunderbird to have a key scratch removed. The work was done quickly and at a good price. My baby looks like new! I'm glad that I found a place that does such good work and does it quickly. I highly recommend Jamie and his folks.
