King House Restaurant

I don't go to fancy Asian restaurants. I don't pay $50 for sushi. I just like good takeout. King House is the best in Greensboro. Their prices are great for what you get. Their lunch specials are a better deal than any other Chinese restaurant in Greensboro. Their dining area and buffet table aren't impressive, but they make up for that in spades with the quality of the food. I have not a single reservation in recommending this place to others and have not a single clue as to why others would give this place a negative review. Just try it if you have doubts. I'm sure a broader selection of reviewers would average a much higher rating than what King House is averaging at this website at this time.

This is our favorite take-out Chinese in town. Consistently good service and food, and everything always tastes fresh (more so than many of the other places that we've tried). Their hunan chicken is excellent!

King House has the best Chinese food in Greensboro, hands down. I started eating there about 10 years ago, and every time I try another Chinese restaurant in Greensboro, I am disappointed and wish I had just gone to King House. They deliver, the owners are incredibly nice and remember their customers, and I've never had a problem with my order. Some of our favorites to order from King House are sweet & sour chicken, crab meat angles, sesame bean curd, sesame chicken, egg rolls and spring rolls. The absolute best though is the lo mein - it is by far the best lo mein in the Triad area. Look for coupons and save some money too - they have coupons on their menu! I definitely recommend King House for Chinese food in Greensboro.

We went to King House for dinner one night a few months ago and we were very disappointed. We got buffet and there just wasn't much on it at all. The food that was there wasn't very tasty at all and my husband and I both had upset stomachs the rest of the night. I don't believe we'll be going back there again.
