The sales staff at Parks Mazda were different from any other sales staff that I have come in contact with. They went above the call of duty to make me happy. I would tell all of my friends and family to shop at Parks Mazda in High Point.

I had wonderful customer service from an informative sales staff. My buying experience was, by far, one of the best that I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. The service department was extremely helpful and "speedy" in my first service after my purchase. I could not imagine purchasing a vehicle anywhere else after doing business here.

I bought a used car in the evening hours which was my first mistake. The car drove great but my daughter and I were quick to point out to the salesman, Keith Wright, that the light on the radio was not working. He said they would look at it and replace the light or find out what was wrong because otherwise it played fine. Apparently the finance manager had gone for the evening and they got someone else to fill in because then I got a form that was blank and was told to sign it that it would guarantee so many oil changes for one year. He was not sure of how many if I was willing to wait while he searched the computer he would try to find the option that would fill the form out. I had already been there 2 hours. As we were leaving the dealership, I again brought up the problem with the radio since no where in writing did they say they would fix it and he said that it was just a "factory radio and he thought that it would probably make a good Christmas or Birthday gift for her if I replaced it". I was also told that I could bring the car back for detailing and they would check the radio. I asked if Saturday was fine and did I need an appt. Keith said Saturday was fine, no appt necessary. I took it in the following Saturday and left it for 4 hours. They did not touch it. The interior had not been vacuumed or dusted and the outside looked the same but they told me it was ready to go. Also Keith then told me that they did not get to it. My daughter had an accident fiddling with the radio. I went to see Keith to find out when he was going to make it right. He jotted my name and number down again on a scrap piece of paper that I am sure he threw away after I left. It has been over a month and he has yet to call me.
Very disappointed. I bought a car in April from Green Ford in Greensboro and they bent over backwards to make me happy. They have continued to call and follow up with me.

I dealt with Jason the Internet Sales Manager. I was traveling from out of the area, so we negotiated everything over the phone, including my trade (which he worked with area dealers of my trade's brand so he could give me more for it). The car was out front when I pulled up, and all the paperwork was ready. No surprises, out the door matched with what we discussed. I was off on the road in my new car in no time. Definitely would recommend working with Jason rather than walking in, as you can't really be sure how well it will work out.

I take my Mazda to the Service Center and I always see Shaun. He is very kind and always makes sure I get my car done in a timely manner. I don't feel ripped off when I leave and I know I have Mazda parts replacing Mazda parts. I have purchased 2 Mazdas from this dealer and have been happy with both.

My lease was up on my vehicle and I stopped by to see if they had anything that I liked. The sales person, in a rush to make a sale, guaranteed me that the dealership would cover my overage in miles if I would lease a new vehicle through them. However, when it came time to sign they tried to charge me saying "Do you have that in writing?" and actually laughed. These people are completely untrustworthy.
