Dr. Pratt and his staff are wonderful. I am very pleased with the results of my Tummy Tuck!! Dr. Pratt and his staff provide a very comfortable atmosphere in there office. If I ever decide to make any more changes in my appearence, I wouldn't dream of going to anyone else.

I did my research very extensively before going with Dr. Pratt. And I'm so glad I did. Don't just go for the best deal as you may end up regretting it. You truly get what you pay for as I learned from looking at hundreds of before and after pictures from Dr. Pratt and other surgeons. From the very first consult to after my procedure I felt comfortable and at ease. The ENTIRE staff is friendly and knowledgable. I had a breast augmentation done just 3 months ago and they are BEAUTIFUL and PERFECT!!! With a very pleasant healing process. I would do it all over in a heartbeat. I plan on having lipo, and botox as well.

Dr. Pratt made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked into the office. He was completely honest with me and treated every surgery as if he was working on his own wife. I had liposuction done from quite a few areas and transferred to my butt. (Which looks great by the way!) I also had a tummy tuck with more lipo and a breast lift done. Anytime I had any questions day or night Dr. Pratt was always able to answer them. I would go back to Dr. Pratt in a heartbeat and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Pratt took the time to get to know me...my lifestyle and whether or not I would be a good candidate for Botox. He honestly and truly LOVES HELPING people! No false pretenses...simply the BEST!!!! If you are considering some type of Plastic Surgery or even something as simple as Botox, BE SMART-DO YOUR RESEARCH...Dr. Broc Pratt will actually inspire you be your best because that is his solitary goal for you as a patient AND as an individual! You'll leave his office feeling you have gained a friend in both his staff and in him. Tremendous personality, too! I have had several procedures done at Metrolina Plastic Surgery and just wanted to let anyone know who is considering cosmetic enhancements, that is is the place to go for great natural results and great medical care. Please also remember that cosmetic surgery is
a medical procedure after everything is said and done-I see people more worried about finding the best doc for any illness than about finding the right surgeon for their face lift or breast lift.

Just remember if it's too good to be true -it will end up bad-and best of all-you are in control of what happens to you!!!!

I have been to several doctors for Botox. Drs. Bednar and Pratt do an amazing job!!

1) They have Botox Tuesday the first Tuesday of every month which is a great deal!!

2) The Botox is fresh and not overly diluted as I have received at other offices & medispas. It lasts a good six months, unlike the two to three months at other places I have been.

3) They inject Botox unlike any other doctors in town. I don't know exactly what the difference is, but I don't need ice packs afterward and the redness goes away quickly. I have beautifully arched eyebrows, no more crow's feet, and no more "evil 11" between my eyes!

4) Both doctors are very nice and make me feel like a member of the family.

I can't imagine going anywhere else for Botox, and I don't think anyone else should either.

Pros: Price, Quality, Results, Doctors

I was looking for a surgeon who would perform labiaplasty-the only alternative was to drive to Atlanta until I found out that Dr. Bednar who did my breast augmentation 10 years ago has an associate who performs cosmetic labiaplasty. After 3 children I definitely needed to have some work done and Dr. Pratt did an amazing job. Thank you.

I had breast augmentation 1 month ago with Dr. Bednar after a few recommendations by co-workers and friends. I have been considering this procedure for a very long time and did a great amount of research on the internet, asked friends, visited chat rooms-I even went to several consultations here in town and in Washington DC before I moved to Charlotte. I was impressed by his artistic background and his history but wanted to obviously see for myself. Even before the visit, I was impressed by the staff-they emailed me back right away, sent me a packet that was very comprehensive and even included a mapquest map to the office. I had emailed several places and not a single person responded to my request for a consultation-
The consultation lasted about 1 hour and all my questions were answered and I was convinced that I was in the right place and that no one else could do a better job for me. The entire experience was nothing but positive. The before and after albums that were presented to me of his work were impressive beyond belief and the fact that he took his time to come up with the best size for me to fit my frame in an unhurried way was not what I was used to in prior experiences.

I am very happy with my new shape and would like to thank the entire staff and of course Dr. Bednar for the brilliant work and great professionalism.
I have never ever written a review before and I really never take the time to fill surveys but this is definitely a first. I love my results and my husband still cannot get over the fact that they are not mine because they feel and look incredibly natural.

I am 2 weeks post-op of liposuction to my entire thigh area-I still have a bit of swelling but cannot be happier with my results-I saw an immediate improvement -I have always had very thick thighs (it's a family thing I guess) and no amount of exercise and dieting would change that. I decided to come to Dr. Bednar for liposuction because a friend of mine had the same procedure done and she looks like a whole new person-she literally dropped 6 pant sizes with the first 2 months after surgery-it was an unbelievable transformation. I cannot wait to go shopping. Dr. Bednar was great and I am so happy to have gone through with this procedure. I look down and I can actually see contours to my thighs I never really had before.

Dr. Bednar is both a consumate professional and a true artist. I loved the office as soon as I walked in with their friendly staff and all the beautiful artwork by Dr. Bednar. He was very attentive and listened to my concerns about my breasts. Child birth had taken it's toll.

We went over a plan, I didn't want them too large, just natural. And he and the staff took me through the post recovery process so I could plan with my husband and kids.

Everything went just like he said and I couldn't be happier. My look is very natural and I feel great!

I highly recommend Dr. Bednar to anyone considering breast surgery. The patients I met there all seemed very pleased as well.

I went to Dr. Bednar's seminar last month and was mainly interested in facial rejuvenation. I went to several cosmetic surgeons here in town and wanted to see what everyone had to say. I am at an information gathering stage right now and am looking to have a facelift done sometime next year when my real estate schedule allows. I found Dr. Bednar to be honest and very straightforward. I felt like he did not try to sell me on a procedure that was not necessary and would make me look unnatural . He told me that I did not need a brow lift and that I did not need a cheek implant. I learned a lot about artistic proportions and what creates natural vs. unnatural appearances. I saw many before and after photos of his patients-not fabricated generic photo of random people. It was a very informative evening - very pleasant and not intimidating at all. I apppreciated the candor and honesty. Thank you and I look forward to booking my procedure with you in 2008.

I had a mini face lift by Dr. Bednar 1 month ago-this was my second procedure with him-my first was a breast augmentation 20 years ago. I was probably one of his first patients here in Charlotte. I am still very happy with my results from that long ago-even after two children, I have experienced no complications with breast feeding and they are still perky. The results from my mini face are wonderful-I look years younger and refreshed.

Dr. Bednar is an amazing person and surgeon-his staff has been with him for many years and that says a lot about him. It's also nice to see familiar faces when you wake up from surgery or enter his office and are greeted by happy and smiling faces. I have recommended him to numerous friends at work and some of my family members. It is really a testament to someone's skills and overall reputation when you have been practicing for that long in Charlotte and have established patients coming back for more procedures and send their loved ones to come see you as well.

I'm in my forties and I wanted to have my eye's done. A girlfriend of mine recommend Dr. Bednar so I went for a consultation. I was immediately impressed by the warm attitude of the staff and the care they took to make me comfortable. Dr. B is a great listener and told me what he thought would be best for me based on my concerns.

The procedure was smooth and I love my fresh look. I met some of the women who have had breast lifts from him in the office and I probably will have that done next. He trully is an artist and great surgeon.

Pros: Listened, compassionate, reasonalbly priced

Cons: Very busy traffic area during peak times.

I had a breast implants/lift last month after having nursed 3 children. I look like a different person-I love it-
Dr. Bednar was wonderful-I have already recommended him highly to friends who are considering surgery. Thanks to the staff, Courtney, Sylvia, Stephanie, and all the OR nurses. You have all been great. I truly love the results -very natural.
FYI there is a bra called Le Mystere No 9 that's wonderful for after having had implants

After two children that I had in my late 20's and early 30's, I decided that I needed to have my body back. My breasts were sagging, my belly was stretched and my thighs were jiggly. Granted I don't work out as much as I should, but honestly, I really don't think it would make a huge difference at this point. I went to four consultations here in Charlotte, before choosing Dr. Bednar. He did come highly recommended, however, I still had to find out for myself. I was very impressed by his demeanor and his entire staff. Everyone from the receptionist, the patient coordinator to the nurses are wonderful. Nobody else took so much time with me as at his office. The consultation was very detailed and all my questions were answered. They wanted to make sure I had enough help at home in order to recover well rested and they really cared about me. I was not just another patient. They helped me line up financing, I went to a pre-op with a nurse before my surgery where more questions were answered-I even got go meet with Dr. Bednar again. It has been 6 months and I am doing great. I just came back from the beach and actually wore two piece for the first time in a million years. I am usually not vain, but I had my husband snap away with the camera. What else can I say... I am thrilled with the outcome

I had a tummytuck 1 year ago and am very happy with my overall results. I have not experienced any of what was written below. Dr. Bednar exactly mapped out for me where my scar would be located during the consultation-there were no surprises at all. I also referred my daughter-in-law to his practice for a tummy tuck (she had hers done 3 months ago) and she also had nothing but great things to say about him. Her scars are healing incredibly well. Dr. Bednar is highly regarded plastic surgeon here in Charlotte-and i will most definitely recommend him to anyone looking to have optimal results as I have in the past many times.

I had a tummy tuck and lipo about 3 years ago. I was told my scar would look like a smiley face across the bottom of my stomach. You should see it. It is very jagged and very high on my abdomen. After surgery, I questioned Dr. Bednar as to why my scar was so high. He said it was because my belly button was so high. Whatever!! I went back after a year because I was told that I would need additional work done to even it out and he would do that free but that I needed to give it time to settle down.. When I went back, I had developed a lot of stretch marks because he stretched my skin so tight. As a matter of fact, I have a huge pit in my stomach where scar tissue formed from being stretched too tight. My kids joke that I have 2 belly buttons now. When Dr. Bednar looked at my stomach, he asked if I'd gained weight since surgery because of all the new stretch marks. I had not gained - I had actually lost. He congratulated me and then went on to tell me that he could lipo around the scar tissue area to try to get the stomach to look "natural". Then he proceeded to try to convince me to have lipo on my thighs. I never called back of course and am now in the process of trying to find a surgeon to "correct" my mess. Don't let this "artist" touch you. He needs to stick to painting.

I am extremely happy with my results. Dr. Bednar is truly an amazing surgeon and I cannot be any happier with my results. I had a facelift w/ upper and lower lids as well as laser around the mouth and eyes. The recovery was approx 2 weeks. I cannot thank Dr. Bednar and the entire staff enough for what they have done-they have accomodated me in so many ways, answered my questions over and over again, helped me with adujstments of surgery schedules, etc... The entire team is very professional in an unstuffy way which made me feel very comfortable and excited about the procedure. I was also able to speak with a patient who has already had the procedure done-this was a big plus because she gave me another important piece of personal experience. Again, much thanks to all of you. I will definitely recommend anyone who is thinking about having plastic surgery.

He is definitely the top surgeon for breast augmentation-bar none-He puts Dr. 90210 and so many more to shame-it's so sad that these TV shows depict such mediocre work and the audience really falls for it. I wish they would show true artistic work of great doctors such as Dr. Bednar's-but I guess there's no drama involved. Anyone considering breast aug. must choose Dr. Bednar. You will never look better. Just look at the before and after photos in his patient album when you come in for a consultation.

I had liposuction 2 months ago-I am literally half the person I was before-I actually have an hour glass shape-cannot believe it. Dr. Bednar is awesome. I went from a size 12to 4/6 in my gap jeans. I actually have a pair of "skinny" jeans-I never had before.

Thank you Dr. Bednar and the entire staff - I was so nervous before surgery but everyone made me feel like there was never stupid question-and I know I bugged them all. Thank you thank you

After attending one of Dr. Bednar's seminars last year, I decided to have a tummytuck w/ liposuction and a breast lift. I cannot tell you how happy I am with my results. He was honest and thorough and listened to me. He wanted to make sure that my expectations were in line with what I wanted him to accomplish for me. I have waited several years to have my procedure done and it was worth the wait-actually I wish now that I had not waited this long.

I know this does not change me as a person, however, this procedure has given me a nice dose of self confidence and a love of my body. My husband also loves the new "me" and I feel years younger. I am back at the gym and I feel re-energized. Overall, I know I will never be 25 years old again and have the same body that I had before two children, but I can honestly say that I have fallen in love with my body again.

The whole process, from the initial consultation to the post-surgery visits was flawless. The entire staff was professional and very knowledgeable. I have referred many friends and family members to Dr. Bednar since my surgery. My husband is even considering plastic surgery now.

Dr. Bednar is a true artist. His office is filled with his own art work that is truly exceptional-and his talent translates to his eye for symmetry and proportion when it comes to his work as a surgeon.
