This place is shady. Zero customer service, rude, very impersonal. Good luck getting any kind of deposit back. I wouldn't live in one of those places for free.

NEVER MAKE MISTAKE OF RENTING ANY OF WILSON PROPERTY specially one in Cary. Management is very greedy, always looking for ways to charge penalty and if they don't succeed while you are renting the place they will make sure something or the other is either broken or missing after you turn in the keys so they can deduct from the security deposit. A worst place to rent and horrible people to deal with. Glad I am out of that place

I recently moved from an apartment managed by Wilson. When we moved in the staff was very helpful in getting us all the information we needed as we were new to the area. The apartment was in good condition and maintenance issues were dealt with in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend!!!

WPM has been great!! We had a few unfortunate issues with our place but everything was taken care of right away. They have always been very courteous and kind when we call. We got out whole deposit back when we moved out but we did clean the place really well when we left too.

WPM apartments are not very expensive and good for students. But the management is not that great. Also, be sure to fill in the move-in sheet carefully, they are known for not giving security deposit that easily.

Apartments at Avery Close are really good and reasonably priced but I have a lot to complain about them. The management is very rude to you. They have bed bugs in their apartments and when you complain about them, they say " you got the bugs from your country" which I find as being very racist. They charge you for stuff you are not responsible for instead of taking care of the maintenance issues.A classic example of exploiting the student community. Just because most students find this place convenient because its close to campus and relatively cheaper than university dorms, WPM has a lot of customers and hence take advantage of this situation. I would recommend staying in an apartment not owned by them if possible. But mostly you are not left with a choice as they are a monopoly close to campus.

WPM manages apartments at Avery Close, Colonial arms and University commons. Apartments are fine for students to live but the management is not good to interact. They always make some kind of fine when you leave the apartment for maintenance. Not a best place to stay for families but ok for students..
