He should not be allowed to practice. I hired Parker as real estate lawyer in 2007. Two years later he used all the confidential information to use against me when he was hired by a client. He does not respect client-attorney

Really nice guy, won my case too. Had his stuff together, knew what he was doing, kept me informed on what was up.

After checking out a few other attorneys in the area, most of whom despite professing my type of case as a specialty actually knew less than myself about the law applicable to my case, I stumbled upon Mr. Parker. \n\nHe was very direct and honest with me, he was incredibly knowledgeable about my case even picking up on little quirks and nuances in the law that got beyond me (and I am a certified paralegal!), his price was more than fair, and we were successful! He is very friendly and treated me like I was a person, not just a paycheck. He was even kind enough to check up on me weeks after we had completed our business. \n\nI can't recommend Mr. Parker highly enough. He deserves 10 stars for successfully helping me with an admittedly difficult and complex issue while going out of his way to care about how I was doing. I hate to think how things would have gone if I had chosen someone else!

Pros: Friendly, caring, well priced, knowledgeable, honest, experienced, will take even difficult and complex cases unlike others who only want to do business if you're an easy paycheck.

Cons: There aren't more like him.

He charged me a small fortune and then dropped me because I didn't get a loan for my house from him. He ripped me off.......he didn't look after my best interest and he messed up my E D order and now my X isn't paying me any alimony. I went back to him with the problem expecting him to correct it.....he said he didn't want to mess with it and sent me up town to Family Law????? I am going to the Bar Ass.

After giving ample amount of information, evidence and time on my case he came to my hearing completely un-prepaired! He litarerly tried to take notes 20 minutes before the hearing started and then didnt do anything we had asked of him to do and not to do. Completely handed the case over to the oposing side. After Firing him and hiring a new attorney which charged me less I won the same case!! IDIOT!!

Worst lawyer I ever dealt with! He double billed me on several occasions. Didn't do the work he was supposed to. Just very rude. The office staff was also unprofessional.
