I`m really surprised! How can somebody wrote such a fake reviews?!?! How could you say that Del's has been providing poor customer service?! They are the best in the city! Everybody should know that this is the best of the best company!

I took my Frigidaire front loader washer to Alexander's a few month's ago, and won't make that mistake again. They promised they would fix it overnight, since I already knew the control board was bad. Then they called back that afternoon and said the repair would take an extra day since additional parts were needed. That was a lie, there were no other parts billed. When I went to pick it up, I found my $800 washer sitting outside in the rain, that's standard there, the shop's too much of a dump to keep everything inside. I paid them - $200 for the control board - available online for $100 - and 2 hours of labor for a 30 to 40 minute job. I brought the machine home and it wouldn't work, the selector knob was spinning freely, so no cycle could be selected. I called them and they said that a tech wouldn't be in my area for several days. So I packed the machine back up took it right back - about a 35 minute drive. When I got there my old control board was still sitting on the ground outside right where the washer was when I picked it up in the morning. I looked it over and the control knob stem and a few other parts had never been transferred to the new board. Around that time their tech stopped in and before he left again quickly pulled the control board out of my washer and transferred the missing parts. It took him about 30 minutes, not 2 hours. So I finally got the machine home and running. I called the next day and talked to the owner to see if I could get a refund on some of the labor for all of my trouble. He said no way, since he had done the original repair and fully tested the washer before I picked it up! My wife called back later to see if she could persuade them, and the woman who she talked to said that she had offered to send a tech right away, and I had insisted on driving down there! These folks are bold face liars! Do yourself a big favor and stay away.

Poor customer service. They have come out to my house four different times now and at this moment I am being told all the work can not be done we will have to come out again. They had my parts for over two weeks and finally when my refrigerator stopped working all together and they decided to come after I had to go out and purchase a stand up freezer to hold my food. The tech is wonderful but the scheduling of their appointments is very poor. They took my money and haven't even finsihed the work. They sure wouldn't come to the house without you paying first why should I have to wait this long for service? I would not and will not ever refer to company to any of my clients or my friends especially if I want to keep them as friends.

I guess they don't want any business. They are the only reccommended Maytag dealer repair shop in my area. I have called and called and called and they keep promising me that they will come out and then NO ONE COMES OUT OR CALLS ME-- THE ONLY ANSWER I GOT WAS "the man couldn't get a hold of me"!. That is strange because their number isn't on either one of my phones and they didn't EVEN leave a message to call them back due to they couldn't reach me????? Approx. 8 weeks now, going on 9 weeks and no one still has called me back or came out to my home to help me. The last time I called the girl who answers the phone was sick and told me she didn't know why no one hasn't come out yet and then she put me on hold and NEVER CAME BACK TO THE PHONE!!!! The time before then, she promised me that the owner would call me back. No owner has called me back. Well, I am calling Maytag today because I spent alot of money at Home Depot for my appliances and if they are the only service people that are responsible for repairing my appliances when I need someone ---I am in real trouble. I am dumb founded that they are even answering the phone if they don't want to service Maytag customers. dah........... HELP!!! vcm

I can't say enough nice things about Alexanders Mater Care Appliance Center. We have used them on several occasions. When we first moved here, our washing machine broke. They sent a workman out as soon as I called. The prices were fair and the staff are very nice. We have returned several times since. We even bought a nice used flat top stove from them.

The people at this store can not fix anything to save their lifes. I bought a 3k plasma tv from Best Buy and it recently broke but was covered under extended warranty when I purchased the tv in VA. These people were sent out to fix it and took it back to their shop a month ago, I can not get anyone to respond to my calls. The people at Best Buy said the people who came out to look at it must tell them they cant fix it, which obviously they cant since it has been gone a month. I think the people in the shop who can not fix the tv dont want to admit it to Best Buy, or they are trying to take advantage of me being a senior citizen.
