After a less than positive experience at another location, I responded to an email discount offering explaining why I was no longer a customer. The owner, Larry Dunlap, asked me to give the salon another try (on him) to either win me back or at least make up for the previous visits. I was very pleasantly surprised not only at the level of service, but the amazing haircut, engaging conversation and the very positive creative energy of the salon. The other clients who came and went while I was there were obviously repeat customers who were all very pleased with their results.Will I go back on my own dime? Yes, I will.
