Last Christmas my husband was deployed. I was going home to see family and it was too far for me to drive alone, and my dog is too big to fly. She'd have to ride under the airplane and I've seen what that's like and how they treat pets. The place I usually take her was full (my fault, I waited too long). So I called around in the phone book and this was the only place with vacancies. That should have told me something. When I took her to drop her off, it was in a little strip mall in a not so good looking part of town. I wondered where in the world they took her to play outside! I was panicking, but my flight left early the next morning and I had no choice. It killed me to leave her there for two weeks. When I got back I rushed over to get her and I almost died. My dog is my baby. When I walked in he told me she had a little "accident" on her bedding. Apparently, he brought roast beef from his Christmas dinner and fed all the dogs, and it made her sick. I was very upset that he fed her something other than what I brought. THEN he brought out her bedding in plastic trash bags. He hadn't washed it from where she had diarrhea and thrown up on it. Christmas was a week earlier so that means she either slept with her bedding like that for a week, or she didn't have bedding at all and slept on the concrete. I was livid. It was his fault that she was sick and he just left the bedding like that!!! Then he brought my dog out. She loves people and being out, and she walked out with her tail between her legs and literally SHAKING. She didn't even wag her tail when she saw me. She just ran straight for the door. She's black and white and the white parts of her fur were stained yellow from urine and she smelled HORRIBLE. It looked like she had been tortured and abused and mistreated. I cried all the way home. I gave her a nice warm bath and lots of love, and luckily she bounced back rather quickly. It took a few days though. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but the owner refused to resolve it. For those of you who know what it's like for you pet to be your baby, you'll understand that I still feel horrible about it over a year later. Stay far, far away from there.

.

I left my pet here one time for two days. She came back a different dog for about 2 weeks. Very skiddish a nd scared to death. I still have not clue what happened to her there as they swear nothing did. She came back Limping and stressed to
the max. I will never take my poor little dog here again.
