I meant to post this earlier. When I got back to The Oaks after our meeting Wednesday, I checked the drain intake across the parking lot across from 8241. We had talked about this Tuesday.....

The landscaping crew had blown out the accumulated leaves and cleaned off the grate. Super responsiveness from both you and Plant Nuie. Thank you!

I have to contact Talis managers very frequently with Pud questionnaires and always get rapid responses and am treated with dignity and respect. Additionally, all of my clients seem very happy in their neighborhoods.

Overall - very helpful & always responsive. We loved our property and took care of it as well. My compliments for their follow-up when we had questions, concerns, or requests. They were very thorough when describing terms and clearly outlined the expectations for both parties. Most importantly, they were willing to work with us on every level, always responsive and always polite. I would definitely recommend Talis.

Terrible customer service--they don't reply to e-mails, takes months to deal with an issue that should have been dealt with immediately, don't reply to requests for help with external townhome issues unless you refer it to the board. From what I have heard, they are run by Toll Brothers so if you live in a Toll community it should come as no surprise this is who they use as their "community management".

That said, if given the choice I would never use them as an HOA
