Winford Kluttz goes above and beyond when working with his customers. We purchased and traded two cars with him. His service to us was top notch. He heard our needs and helped us find what would work for our family! He was very reachable and easy to communicate with. He helped us with getting top dollar for our trades and bottom dollar on the new cars. If you are looking for a down to earth excellent sales person - Winford Kluttz is your man and will provide you first class service!

Go see Dave Fuge! Courteous and knowledgable. The whole process of buying a car was the best my wife and I have ever experienced. Our five kids even enjoyed the experience and that should say everything

Brandon and David were very helpful and patient dealing with me, and I am probably the worst kind of customer. Stubborn, and set on the price I wanted to pay. They worked with me and my wife and we found a price we were all happy with.

Tony Montana, he is fantastic. During the all deal process, he was very kind and tried to give all information. The car is ready for test drive when I arrived. He explained great feature the car has. He knew exactly what I wanted. He tried to meet my price expectation. Never complain about providing other optional information (downpayment, finance, etc.) what I requested. Definitely I will recommend him to my friends.

Pretty decent experience all in all. One of the sales managers tried to bully me about my trade, but I knew another and said if he didn't get him I would take my trade and leave. If you have any problems with sales managers, ask for

My original intent for my visit to Honda of Concord was to get service on my current Honda Accord ( which I purchased from them in 2009). My service experience with Donna was GREAT as usual. But the new Accord caught my eye and triggered questions which Brin R. was happy to answer. I was just looking and Brian was aware of that, he did not pressure me into anything. Well after 2 different test drives and getting everything I was wanting in a vehicle equipment and price wise, I purchased a new vehicle. I highly recommend Honda of Concord you will not be disappointed. Thanks for everything Brian.

Last Saturday I went to Honda of Concord with no plans to lease/purchase a new vehicle. I just wanted to get some ideas and numbers. I had not bought a new car since 1998 and I was scared and nervous to actually go through with purchasing/leasing a new vewhicle. I had three car dealership appoinments that day,I never made it to the other two dealerships. My sales associate Tom Teiro at Honda of Concord was excellent and worked hard to get me the deal I was looking for. I had in my mind what I need/wanted and how much I was willing to spend/lease a vehicle for. He was very patience with my somewhat unrealistic demands/crieteria. In the end he got me the most awesome deal, better than I had ever thought possible. I am very thankful that I selected this dealership as my first stop on Saturday and that God was watching over me when he had my path cross with Tom Teiro. I will never forget the compassion, professionalism and understanding that Tom and Honda of Accord showed me that day! Everything went great from the minute I walked in their door until the moment I drove off in my new Honda Accord. I love my new car!! What an awesome experience! They definitely have a customer for life in me.

I just leased a new Honda CR-V from Honda of Concord, from Tony Montana. I want to thank Tony and the entire staff for the ease of the transaction. I was able to get qualified online, solidify the deal over the phone, and simply pop in to complete the paperwork. This was extremely helpful to me, considering I have a two year old and a 7-month old.

The inventory was far larger than what you see on the front lot. Everyone was pleasant, and the experience was unlike any car dealership I have ever dealt with. I would recommend Tony and the Honda of Concord team for your next car purchase/lease. I am beside myself with how easy the transaction was! Thanks Tony and team!

Please don't discredit this for your own good! I've disregarded negative reviews when the majority is positive, that's generally what I do. But PLEASE! If you are looking at getting a used car from these people, HEED MY WARNING!\n\nSo initially we looked at a 2005 Ford Focus which was shown in inventory. We were told the car was shipped from South Carolina that day and would be on the dealership lot. When we arrived, they had a Blue Focus out there for us to see...but it was a 2010 used car, with broken interior parts, and they wanted $17000 for it! Not a good start...\n\nAfter getting it straightened out that the car was in fact STILL in South Carolina, we decided we could get it brought up to the Concord store...for a fee. Problem is, it requires a deposit, and a promise of sale. If you sign that, you can't get out of the deal unless THEIR technicians see a fault with the car and can't repair it. See a problem with this? They wanted us to put in writing a seal that we would buy this car no matter what, without ANY pictures even up on the website and not even seeing the car? Are they crazy?!\n\nIt didn't end there. The sales manager, David Neumann, then came out to interject his bit of knowledge. He then tried to pass off other cars on the lot for us to buy instead. A Mitsubishi, a VW, a derelict Toyota; tell me how these are a Focus? As an experiment, he suggested a VW Toureg. It was priced at $12000; he offered it for $7100. We took a look. One of the LCD displays was messed up on the dash, and other than that looked fine...until I took off the oil cap. SLUDGED INTO A BROWNIE! I seriously don't think the oil had EVER been changed in 125k miles. I voiced this as a concern, and David then tried to pass it off on me for $6500. ARE YOU TRYING TO INSULT ME?! I asked if the Focus arrived, and was sludged that bad, if they would consider that a issue, and they said NO! Even though I am a mechanic, it doesn't take one to know you HAVE to change the bloody oil! They said ANY car with that mileage will look like that. Um, NO! I have three Foci, all with over 100k miles on them, with oil changed every 7500 miles with regular Walmart oil, and they are SPARKLING CLEAN! They assume everyone is an idiot and exploit that fact.\n\nWhen attempting to clear up questions of the 30 day warranty, David arrogantly told our salesman to forget about ordering the car, as if to say we were too much trouble to bother with and weren't worth it, simply because we asked questions. To conclude the experiment, I told him since we couldn't see the car, there were no pictures, and the condition was unknown, the price on the Focus would have to come down a bit. He blatantly wrote us off without a forethought and showed us the door. \n\nFirst off, I want to say that our salesman, Perry, was PHENOMENAL! He answered all of our questions, and was very polite and understanding. The problems started when he brought out his arrogant manager David. I don't know how they sell ANY cars under this guy! First you try to dupe me into buying a garbage car, discount it by nearly 50%, but you won't budge $500 on the car I REALLY WANT?\n\nA word of warning: They will try to sell you a discounted car at an unbelievably good price to lure you in, think you're getting an amazing deal, and clear it off the lot. I guarantee you it will blow up on you within a year. I, MY FAMILY, MY FRIENDS, AND MY ASSOCIATES WILL NEVER BUY A CAR HERE! I hope Honda Cars of Concord doesn't have David on the clock too much...otherwise, anyone with any investigative and cautious nature will avoid this place like the plague! They've already lost eight grand from us for their (David's) bad attitude.

So, crazy story... I was on my way to the dealership for a standard oil change and tire rotation. A few minutes before my appointment I received a phone call from Mike. Mike informed me that they had some really awesome deals going on and he could run some numbers for me while I was at the dealership. Truthfully, I thought "yeah right, I am NOT buying a new car"! ...Especially since I just bought one from from them 2.5 years ago (also a very pleasant experience). Well, I ended up eating my words because they made me an offer I could NOT turn down!! The customer service was phenomenal-from the phone call to the handshake before I drove away. They were professional and patient and extremely helpful!!! I am one to be really annoyed by pushy and arrogant people and this Honda dealership is the EXACT opposite of that! I ended up driving off in a brand new Accord (right off the show room floor!!!) and with a smile on my face! If there were a 10 on the satisfaction and rating scale THAT is the score they would receive... Henry even took my old car to the back to have my residential parking decal removed so that it could be placed on my new car! Mike took my cd's out of the disc changer and placed them in my new one... I am a stickler for the little things and this Honda team impressed me all around!! It doesn't get any better than that!

Excellent car buying experience at Honda of Concord. Mr. John Pleasants was helpful in showing me the many car options at the dealership, as well as the special features they each had to offer in accordance to what best suited my needs. Great price and finance options. I'm happy with my decision and enjoying the new ride, Honda Civic EX.

We just purchase our # 2 Honda yesterday. Service is GREAT there. Soon as we drive up and get out of the car, they are willing to help. One of the sales ladies,Kristin, had been calling us for our 07 Honda to trade in.We just happened to go at the right time, she was there and was very knowlegable. They had a good selection of the vans that we wanted. And we was not there all night! Even after we were finished with everything,Kristin even took her time to help us with the setting up some of the new things like the radio and blue tooth. We live in Matthews. But the drive is worth it to go to Concord . We very strongly recommend this dealership!!! Thank-you Kristin for all your help!!!

I purchased my second vehicle from Honda of Concord yesterday and was pleased with the process again. They have a great selection of new cars, the sales people are always prompt and helpful and love the service department that I have used on my first vehicle. I plan to continue doing business with this dealership for years to come and strongly recommend them!!!

I purchased my second vehicle from Honda of Concord yesterday and was pleased with the process again. They have a great selection of new cars, the sales people are always prompt and helpful and love the service department that I have used on my first vehicle. I plan to continue doing business with this dealership for years to come and strongly recommend them!!!

.

I recommend this dealership 100%. Since I live in Fayetteville, I completed most of this purchase over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership in Charlotte, Gerard took great care to explain the details of my transaction. His no pressure sales approach made me feel very comfortable. It was worth the 3 hour drive to do business with this dealership.

100% recommend this dealership to anyone wishing to buy a new car. Gerard did an outstanding job explaining the details of my transaction. He did not try and pressure me in anyway, and I don??t have any buyer??s remorse because of it! I drove 3 hours to do business there because of the quality service they provided me, and I??ll do it again the next time I buy a new Honda.

Honda of Concord - I am referring you to all who inquire of my new 2012 CR-V EX-L. Victor Rizk; Salesman for our purchase was top flight; worked our 2 car trade to give us as much possible without huge negative equity, and made it a smooth process. Include Brian in Finance in this 5 star treatment. It is our 3rd HOC Honda and we will be back again for a Ridgeline soon.

I usually hate car shopping. The experience usually turns out negative, and you walk away feeling cheated. \r\n\r\nHowever, my opinion changed completely with my recent visit to Honda of Concord. I was treated with courtesy and honesty. They were able to locate the desired vehicles and I received a great deal. I recommend this dealership, and sales rep Jonathan Shapiro.

We thought our first experience almost 3 years ago with Honda of Concord was fantastic and never in a million years thought it could be topped. Well we are here to tell you that this recent experience was even more fantastic (if that is even possible)! Our Sales Consultant, Amanda has amazing customer service qualities and knowledge. For as long as we live in the area we are done even thinking about going anywhere but Honda of Concord.

We have owned Honda's for years due to the excellent cars/vehicles that they are. Honda of Concord goes above and beyond to meet all expectations. John Pleasants was our Sales Associate, he was informative and was able to get all of our questions answered. They were able to locate a Honda that met what we were looking for. I can speak for the Service Department as well - you will not find a better one in the country! They strive for excellence and certainly do that and more. Donna Fowler has always been available to assist me with all services needs.\nThanks to all that assisted us in making our selection and for shooting straight - no gimmicks. That means so much.

Tony Montana at Honda of Concord provided the best customer service in helping me to find just the right car. I wanted to trade in my Pilot for an Accord and was going to settle for a used vehicle. However, after Tony carefully listened to my needs, he knew exactly which car would be perfect! I think that listening to the customer's needs/wants is most important when selecting the right vehicle. Tony did just that. Actually he surpassed all my expectations of a salesperson. I know he went above and beyond and I truly do appreciate it. More dealerships and companies should follow Honda of Concord's example. I highly recommend Tony, as well as the other staff there. Kudos to Tony!

Husband and I purchased 2012 CR-V. Mr. Lee Brown was a pleasure to work with, not pushy and knew every thing the vehicle was capable of and took his time to explain all of it. Even when the deal was done, Mr. Brown took the extra time to link our blue tooth to the vehicle and even offered to program our favorite radio stations...that is service! Wonderful place to to business. We had a great car buying experience. Thanks, The Butler's\r\n\r\n

I worked with Henry Cooper for over three weeks to find just the right Crosstour for my daughter. He was always patient and professional and worked with me all the way. When I finally made my decision and showed up at the dealership unannounced, he came in on his day off to complete the sale. I have dealt with Honda of Concord of for many years and have always been completely satisfied.

I was looking for a new/used Honda Element, or a 2012 Tacoma; I was on the fence. Last Sat. I saw an ad online for a 2008 Honda, and drove down (126mi) to Honda of Concord. I wasn't in the best of moods when I arrived and told myself if I got any of the all-to-common salesmen BS I would go next door and look at the Toyotas. Mr. Demetrius Parson, from the start, was everything I had hopped for but didn't expect to find: Polite, helpful,... and actually had a brain! Both he, and the Sales Manager (lost his name) answered my questions and got me the vehicle I wanted, for the price I wanted, without having to deal with the hassle of financing. They're even going to deliver my Element to me later this week at MY convenience. I will definitely be recommending these guys to other potential buyers.

Salesman was dishonest, manager was dishonest. I was told that they could get the vehicle desired, made a deposit. Next day they called and said they couldn't get the vehicle. I was told my deposit check would be shredded, it was cashed instead. I have emailed and am trying to get my money back as I had to go to another dealer an hour away to get the vehicle I wanted. Dishonesty was rampant at Honda of Concord.

My husband and I were totally impressed with this dealership and the employees. The salesperson,,Jim Doyle, was very courteous and friendly. We met two other fellows that were also very nice. The business manager, Lester Leader was very professional and organized. All of the paperwork was fully explained before anything was signed. I also like the fact that the upholstery is protected from spills, and this was also explained and demonstrated. If I had known that this dealership was as it is I would have bought all of our Honda cars from this dealer! Several members of my family all drive Honda cars and I have recommended that they go to this dealership when the time comes to trade.

Tom reviewed the history and details of the car very carefully and made sure we compeltely knew the value of what we were buying. We made the decision to buy from Tom and Honda of Concord based on our positive experience. I would highly recommend Tom to help you with your needs!

I went in for an oil change and came out with an '08 Accord. I just love the car! There were a couple of items that needed to be fixed and I had no problem getting the dealership to replace the cosmetic damage for free and at a convenient time for me to go in. Michael Maman was my salesman and he was friendly and easy to work with. He made the process as smooth as a car buying experience can be. I left feeling great about the deal and about recommending Honda of Concord to anyone!

I walked into this dealer due to the fact they were the only one in driving distance with the color Odyssey my wife wanted. We agreed to terms and they transferred my tag for me. I was told by the salesman they would inspect the car for the NC requirements since my tag was up for it in about 6 weeks. He told me they would take care of it for me since it had to be inspected anyway due to its being transferred in from SC earlier that day.\n\nI had to return to the dealer for accessories I requested as part of the 'deal' fog lamps, cargo rack rails. I waited three hours that day.\n\nI returned a week later to have the door trim installed and to pickup a rear cargo floor liner. Another hour wait.\n\nTwo weeks later my registration arrived, it was not updated for the next calendar year, not was the inspection performed. I know it is my responsibility to the state but I was told it would be handled. Next time I will get it in writing.\n\nI emailed the salesman about my disappointment surrounding the misleading conversation, he has yet to reply (surprise.) I will not forget, it is not the $28.00, it is the time. I spent an hour and half today going from the NC inspection station of my choice, then waited in line at the NC tag office (joy). I spent two hours total in travel and waiting to complete something they could have handled for me easily during the time of my accessory installs if I had known I needed to take car of it myself. Thanks for two hours of my life, gone Gerard.\n\nI will be reminded each year I renew my tags of why I will not go back to Honda of Concord for anything. I assure you I will share my wasted time story with everyone who asks about my new car and when I bought it. Even, perhaps, if they don't ask.\n\nI think I got a great deal, I love this van. I cannot say enough about Honda autos, we have been Honda folks since we learned to drive. I am just disappointed that I could have had the inspection done while there on more than one occasion had I know I needed to do so but I was told ""we will take care of it."" The Title clerk at the dealership disagreed when I spoke with her.\n\nHaymoose

I was extremely pleased with my experience at Honda of Concord. I decided to trade in my 2008 Honda Accord for a 2011 Honda Civic. I was looking to get a vehicle with better gas mileage. Wes and Victor both took such great care of me. They were able to look at my current vehicle to see how much I could get for a trade in. Then, they ran the numbers to see how much it would cost me monthly to purchase the new Civic. Best of all, they were able to roll in all charges into my monthly payment including the Service Care option, all for 0.9% financing. They were patient, helpful, and most of all they listened to my needs and answered all of my questions. I am so happy with my new Civic and plan to continue to use Honda of Concord in the future for all of my car buying needs.

I had a great experience at this dealership and would highly recommend it to anyone! I was referred here by a friend who said I would not want to go anywhere else once I had been there and it was true! Everyone I dealt with was friendly, considerate, and not high pressure as you tend to think car dealerships are. They worked to find the car that fit my needs and gave a great deal, too! Again, I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were great to work with!

I've purchased many vehicles over the years and have always had a miserable experience for one reason or another, until now. Honda of Concord is the only dealership I will purchase from in the future. I started the transaction via the internet. I located a few vehicles I was interested in, submitted the credit application and within 10 minutes Joe Esola had reached out to me. I explained my needs, my trade and my expectations for when I arrived at the dealership. In the past, I've spent up to 7 hours sitting a dealership due to lack of staff and just overall poor dealership management. That said, my first expectation is that I wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. Joe was certainly concerned with my overall customer experience which he displayed by engaging management and finance BEFORE I had even arrived at the dealership. While my trade was being evaluated, Joe and I were getting through all the paperwork that he was responsible for and finance was preparing their paperwork for me to sign. This impressed me because my past experiences had me moving through one step a time with no preperation ahead of time which caused me to spend my day at the dealership. The finance manager came out to meet me and we headed to his office to cover some details. He then had me meet with one of his teammembers to finalize the paperwork. While signing away, Joe brought me in a huge cheeseburger and chips since I had mentioned earlier that I was getting hungry. Now I'm not saying that you too will get a burger and chips but ya never know. I was now ready to leave so Joe pulled up my trade next to my new Odyssey (which is AWESOME by the way)under the overhang since it was raining out so I could transfer my personal belongings. I shook Joe's hand and thanked him for the wonderful experience and headed out my new ride. I HIGHLY recommend Joe and this dealership in general. Rick Hendrick is certainly very selective about his staff and truly understands how to run a successful dealership. This is due to his concern and dedication to his customers. Thank you Joe and thank you Honda of Concord!

-cut/max 4k char-\r\nThe next day Shane Watson contacted me via text about my inquiry. I also received emails from Chip Olin. I went in to see Shane that evening, but he had already left for the day. I remembered the email from Chip so asked to speak with him. Chip told me about lease options and was very understanding about my total loss situation. I really enjoyed speaking with Chip. He was calm, cool and collected. I could tell he wasn't there to swindle me into a car, but rather there to help me make an informed decision. He introduced me to John Troxler who showed me several of the used Civics on the lot. We took one for a test drive. I wasn't ready to buy at all that first evening. I was impressed. No one tried to push me into anything. They understood I wasn't ready to buy that night and didn't hassle me about it. John gave me all the info and helped me to sort some things out about what we needed vs. wanted. \r\n\r\nOver the course of several days I kept texting with Shane about various options on the new and used civics, residual value, reliability, maintenance, financing options, and everything else associated with buying a car. I absolutely LOVED doing all this by text! I have a demanding work schedule and Shane made things convenient! I was able to find what I thought was free time on a Saturday, so the wife and I took a trip to the dealership to see Shane. Shane and I had been talking about leases all week and I was pretty sure that's the route I wanted to go. The wife was afraid of a lease because of all the horror stories we've heard. Immediately Shane sat down and helped to dismiss her fears and helped me to get a better understanding of the lease option. The wreck came at an interesting time. The 2012 Civics were not quite out yet, but incentives on the 2011 Civics were outstanding. We had ruled out used civics because new civics weren't much more and they hold their value quite well. Just as we were pulling out of the lot for a test drive, I get a call from work. \r\n\r\nI asked Shane about wireless access at the dealership and he said it was available and free. I grabbed my laptop and found a free desk. Shane and the wife went for the test drive while I worked. I ended up working the entire day from the dealership while he and the wife decided on what car she wanted. What a horrible way to buy a car! As I said in the beginning, I'm a nit-picking, skeptical kind of car shopper. I was stuck on the phone while trying to discuss finance terms. This was very frustrating for me. I know I stressed Shane out because it was hard for me to concentrate on what he was offering, but he stuck with it and made sure I was comfortable. Not a single moment was he ever rude, pushy or did I feel like he was lying to me. I must've hit him 20 times from every different angle on the price, terms, options, etc; all while on a conference call and typing away at my laptop. We ended up settling on terms I could live with. Come to find out, he stayed well after his shift was over. He had reservations for dinner with his wife and had to leave, but he turned my deal over another person to finish the final paperwork and get me into finance. I apologized to Shane for taking up his entire day. \r\n\r\n\r\nOnce back in finance things were relaxed with work. I could finally focus on this car purchase! I was ready to stick to my guns and hit the finance guy hard and fast with negotiations and rebuttals. Then the funniest thing happened...Everything I discussed with Shane was what was on paper. I wasn't hassled about extended warranties, rate and/or payment changes, or any nonsense. Shane had previously told me about an oil change/general maintenance service they offered that was a great deal. The finance guy also told me about this and I purchased it. I paid cash for it rather than rolling it into my loan. I was pretty impressed I didn't have to do any more fighting and I was out of finance in less than 15 minutes. \r\n-cut/max 4k char-
