Eddie Spaghetti

Danilo Balsamo grew up in Sicily, is a good man, a terrific soccer player, and a tremendous Italian cook! I have been eating his food since they opened (five years plus) and he makes the best pizza in Asheville. Ken and the rest of the staff are very pleasant and everybody works hard. The parking and location are convenient. There is nothing not to love. They treat me and my daughters like family.

Eddie's offers a homey Italian fare much better than most similar restaurants. The garlic rolls are dreamy. The lasagna reminds me of my mother's, very cheesy and meaty.

Since this restaurant is in a strip mall I wasn't expecting the quality of food that was presented. Everything was of high quality and the service was excellent.
