I've bought and serviced 3 cars from greenville nissan and the service department is always nice. I get free oil changes so i dont mind having to make an appointment. I dont know about the other guy but fluids and tire check are always included and they give me a sheet telling me what i need. I do have to pay $25.00 for my tire rotations but I think its worth it considering I don't pay for the oil and filter.

My mother and fiancee went to the Nissan dealership in Greenville. My mother has serious problems with her legs and ankles and REQUIRES cruise control to sustain driving long distances. They told the dealer they wanted a safe car as well for my son who has already been through many operations including open and closed heart surgery. Upon bringing the car home they discovered it did not have cruise control, or ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System) which is standard in most vehicles now. I returned to the dealership to speak to the dealer that sold them the car. It turns out he left under unusual circumstances. A representative was supposed to provide me with information but instead I sat their for at least 20 minutes. He came back and replied, I'm sorry. I thought my GM was coming to talk to you. They said there was nothing they could do. They are sorry, its not their fault, etc... We then began hearing a clicking sound. We live 2 hours away from this dealership. The first time we brought it there, they said it was nothing. We kept hearing it. We took it up there again, still nothing. We had to get the oil changed the clicking was still there, asked them about it again. They told us the master mechanic took and put a new wheel cover on it, that's what was causing the clicking. We left, the clicking was still there. I called them, upset of course, The women on the phone replied well our master mechanic drove it and didn't hear anything... so they really didn't put a wheel cover on? I spoke to the GM, he said he was unhappy about that, and this time he road with my fiancee. The clip that went between the axle and the wheel bearing was about to come off, the clip that held the tire on. They fixed it and again said sorry, it was a manufactures defect. Now, they tell me I'm stuck in a 19,000 dollar unsafe vehicle without ABS or cruise control, and I have to ride my 3 year old son around in this car regularly on 2 hour trips for doctor visits. This has been going on for over a month. I've asked to speak to the owner several times, the GM tells me that is not going to happen. I've never had any problems talking to an owner in the past for any business. This is not good practice.

I purchased a 2007 Nissan Altima from this dealership. I have no complaints about the sales experience. However, I've had problems with the service department since day 1. If my father takes my car in to be serviced he's treated very well. If myself or anyone else in my family takes the car in, we get the run around and they take twice as long to service my car. Perhaps they only prefer to deal with men. In addition, after paying over $500 to have my car serviced, they discovered a coolant leak but did not have the part to fix it. They informed me that it was absolutely covered by warranty. I currently reside several hours from Greenville and was told that I could take it to my local dealership to have it fixed. Upon arriving at that local dealership, I was told it was not covered by my warranty. I called the Greenville dealership back and was reassured that it was covered by warranty. They ordered the part and scheduled an appointment for me to bring my car back in. I arrived at my appointment promptly and after waiting 40 minutes in the lobby was told that it was in fact not covered by my warranty and that I had to pay. They were unapologetic about inconveniencing me and the services manager, Donald Askew, was rude and unprofessional when I spoke with him. I absolutely will not by another Nissan (from anywhere) and would not recommend the Greenville Nissan Dealership. Spare yourself the headache and the run around.

I bought an Altima from Greenville Nissan and had a wonderful sales person and overall experience. I also used the Service Department and loved the fact you had to schedule an appointment. It kept things on schedule!

I bought a brand new Van from there and I hate the fact that I have to schedule and appointment for an oil change. They trick you on the oil changes. They will tell you that the oil changes are free if you buy from them and as long as you own the car. Well, to most people a free oil change all of your fluids are topped off as well. The only thing you get for free is the oil and filter. Its 35.00 extra for topping off your fluilds, in which it includes tire rotation as well. Nissan Corporation calls my house constantly to set up oil change appointment. My car may have another 1,000 miles to go for an oil change. That is the only company I have ever had to bug me like that. I bought from Greenville Toyota as well and I dont have the problem with them calling me all the time for service.
