I finally got lucky and sold the condo these con men ""managed"" a couple of years ago. But believe me, I haven't forgotten how impossible they were and how crooked they are! They would never respond to requests for the repairs they were supposed to do. They were rude even if they did ever return your call. I will never live in another place controlled by these awful people.

These people are crooks. They towed my car out of the parking spot I pay for because my license tags weren't in date? They are supposed to enforce the Rules and Regulations set by my community but NOWHERE in our rules does it say they can tow my car because the license tag isn't in date. Also, it says in plain writing in my agreement that this company has to notify ME, the OWNER, IN WRITING, of any violation I have committed BEFORE they take action. If you have time to snoop around MY property and tow MY car you could have at least had the decency to take 5 steps to my door and let me know I was violating a rule that isn't even in writing. You guys are a joke. You are taking advantage of the people that pay you. My guess is that CEPCO won't be a business very long if they keep this up. NO ONE likes you guys and the people will speak like they have here. You will NOT be getting my vote at the next homeowners meeting. You people need to straighten up quick, fast, and in a hurry and realize that the only way you get paid is if you do your job. From the looks of it you guys haven't made very many friends.

Our community is trying to get rid of them for not doing their job! they have drove our property values INTO THE GROUND!!! they do not respond to requests to fix problems they are reasponsible for and will fine you for the most off the wall things! No one in our community is able to sell due to the apperence of our poorly maintained homes that we are paying $246 PER MONTH for them to care for! agents are calling owners that have their properties listed asking if the dues are a TYPO! Pros: have not found any in over two years

Cons: wont return calls, wont respond to letters, wont respond to emails, fail to follow obligations, unreasonable, rude.
