Sherwin-Williams has been in business since 1866. The Company's core business is the manufacture, distribution and sale of coatings and related products. We also manufacture and sell coatings such as Dutch Boy, Pratt & Lambert, Martin-Senour, Dupli-Color, Krylon, Thompson's and Minwax plus private label brands to independent dealers, mass merchandisers and home improvement centers. We produce coatings for original equipment manufacturers in a number of industries and special purpose coatings for the automotive aftermarket, industrial maintenance and traffic paint markets.
Even though it was Sunday, its service made me crazy. Waiting time in the store in cary shop is usually very long without any reason. It was my third time of vistis in my life. Telephone call had a priority over customers on the line.
This time on Sunday, only one crew serviced. I just wanted to have the same color/finish of paint as the paint sample from builder (it was Sherwin Williams). The crew told me to leave what I brought (paint sample) and wait till he gave me a call. I waited in the shop for an hour and found that my paint sample was not touched or analyzed. I took my paint sample and went to the Homedepot. The Homedepot made (mixed) the similar paint in 5 minutes. I will never buy anything from Sherwin Williams again.
Cons: Long Waiting time, Bad attitute toward customers
