We have used Chem-Dry in several different cities and have always been pleased with both their service and the job that they do. However, it seems that the same stains always seem to reappear in a month or two. I don't know if that is the process that they use to clean or just our carpet. They are friendly and hardworking.

My friend (in the same cult-e-sac) used Chem Dry Carpet service last month for getting the carpet cleaned and thought they provided ok service. Nothing impressive.
