Bought a Laptop and had a some trouble with so took it back and they made it more than right! They gave me a new laptop and apoligized profusely for my trouble. Also am getting my PC worked on its ready 4 days ealry and working great. I do not plan to buy new from anyone else again. I will always go to these guys and get a refurb first!

I WENT THERE SAW THERE ADDS ON TV THOUGHT BIG STORE SO THEY MUST KNOW THERE STUFF. WELL ANYWAY I BOUGHT A LAPTOP FOR $ 250.00 THOUGHT WHAT A GOOD DEAL . FOUND OUT LATER THE LAPTOP WAS NOT WORKING. SO I CALLED Todds Computer Repairs CUSS I MOVED OUT OF THE TULSA AREA. WELL, ANYWAY.... THEY FIXED IT FOR ME , NOT! THEY SAID TAKE IT BACK WERE YOU BOUGHT IT AND HAVE THEM FIX THIS . I SAID WHY THE TECH . SAID IT IS THE LEAST THEY CAN DO FOR SELLING YOU OVER PRICED JUNK. I SAID WELL WHAT WOULD YOU SELL A LAPTOP LIKE THIS FOR? THE TECH SAID $ 50.00 IS ALL THE LAPTOP WAS WORTH.. WOW!! These guys are awesome!! Not only are they great on prices but they also buy all your used computer parts...they beat all the other stores here in town and you don't have to wait like if you order online. Friendly service everytime I go in there, good people, good prices, good quality!! (The store is a lot bigger than it looks!!)

The absolute worst business in Tulsa. Not one employee was truthful; told me that it would take a week to get my power cord and a wireless card put in, a month later they still were saying that it wasn't ready. They wouldn't give me a time frame and were very rude every time I called. SERIOUSLY they broke this woman's laptop and tried to blame her, it was so sad. I stood there waiting and every time someone would come in I would tell them to leave and never use these guys ever, 5 people walked out. When I finally picked up my laptop 6 count 6 people were in there complaining and very unhappy. You've got to be crazy to use them....

To compound the situation the memory was faulty, when exchanged for a different stick it too was defective. When a supervisor was finally available after 2 days of phone calls instead of showing some compassion for the customer the manager argued with her insisting that his products passed their in house diagnostics. An A+ certified technician installed the memory and verified that it was defective, the computer would not boot with the memory purchased from WCS but would boot with the original memory installed. This was the worst example of customer service I have witnessed in quite some time. Escpcially for a company that stresses low prices as their number one selling point.

When I had a software problem with it, they were able to repair it, though the tech did make a mistake. When I called them they fixed it on the spot, and loaded some software to protect the computer. I recommend it to anyone looking for a computer, but can't afford a new one.
