I walked the lot for 20 minutes without any sign of a salesperson. I knew the exact car that I wanted to purchase and walked into the building and there was not a single salesperson in the building!

What a dump!

My car has under 20,000 miles on it and completely covered under warranty. It broke down and I had it towed to Bob Murray chevrolet. What a mistake! I have a baby and my husband works out of town. I can't afford to rent a car and they didn't offer any loaner or rental although that should be covered under the warranty. I have had to make all the calls to the service department myself and they have NO sense of how urgently I need this car even though I told them that I depend on it to get to work. I am disappointed and STILL getting the run-around on the repair. No clear answers and very poor communication. DON'T GO THERE! and...don't buy a Chevrolet if you can help it.

Took my Tahoe in for transmission service and the service department couldn't be more helpful. They bent over backwayds to help me, check-in was very fast and efficient, calls were exactly as they said they would be, car was fixed when they said they would have it done, what more can you ask.

I wouldn't buy my future Chevy's from anyone else but Bobby Murray, great business folks.

Do not go there! The experience that I had with the sales department was mediocre at best. However, the service department is grade A HORRIBLE!!!! Poor customer service and cropped up charges when they could not locate the source of the problem. Drove off the lot and the problem persisted. After disputing the charges it was told to me that Bobby Murray himself couldn' t do anything about it!!!!

Be warned...its your vehicle and most of all your MONEY!!!

I am currently serving in theMarines i can to raleigh to enjoy my thanksgiving and spend time with some frineds. my truck needed some work. so i took it to Bob Murry Chevrolet and figured they could get my vehicleback to me in a reasonalbe amount of time just to fix a small amount of problems that shouldof been able to been taken care of with day. knowing that i was not from this area they continued to procrastinate in fixing the problems and did not have any sense of urgeancy in getting it fixed or back ot methey didnt even offer to give me a loaner vehicle to get around i went over 6 days without my truck the parts came in to the dealership on friday around 230 and they would not even try to fix the truck then they wanted to wait till monday morning when they returned. They allowed there employees off at 230 when they were open till 5.if you ask me you can get alot of work done in that amount of time and try to get the vehicle back to the owner. i will never reccommend this dealer to anyone and will pass along to all the Marines and other people who i know never to go shop at this dealership or take your vehicle there for repairs. i love my chevrolet and will continue to buys chevys but not from that dealership or even think about taking my vehicle there for repairs i doubt they could even change oil with outmessing it up

Orignal sale was fine but when started having trouble with the car, they didn't want to live up to their end of the deal with the service - the car was still under warranty. After I tried to deal with the service department, my Dad called for me and explained that husband was overseas with the Army and I had a small child. He pleaded with them to help me with the warranty work, but they were even less than not helpful. Would never go back here again. Would never buy another Chevy vehicle. Period.
