Kathy and Milo at ALL Electronics Service saved my Memorial Day! Last Saturday my Samsung TV died and I told them I had people coming in for the holiday and could they please repair my TV? Kathy said bring it on over and they would do their best. Three hours later and my TV is repaired. Memorial Day weekend saved. Kudos to the best and nicest people around, Kathy and Milo!

Hello, there, please take my advice and use ALL Electronics Service. They have been in raleigh for 25 years servicing all types of TVs and other consumer electronics. Don't be fooled by bad reviews, it is amazing what competition and ex-employees who were fired will do to try and hurt a business. If you want the best service available with a company who actually answers the phone with a live person, this is the company for you. You won't be sorry.

Kathy is rude, put me on hold- but forgot to press hold and I heard her talking about me, she sure does love the F word. When I told her I heard what she said, she hung up on me. These people are the definition of FRAUDS. Not only are they completely rude, they are deceitful, pathological liars and cheats. They also buy CHEAP used parts on eBay and use them to repair customer TV's and jack the price up of the parts by 75%. They may have been in business 25 years but they won't be much longer. This family is corrupt to it's core. Fraudulent, scam artists. BEWARE - DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! Just look at their track record! Left my 55 Toshiba on Friday. Picked it up on Tuesday. It has never worked better. I didnt get his name but the Owner ?? Repair guy ?? was extremely nice and informative. Fair price, good service, what else can I say.

Overheard a competitor of this company telling his coworker that it's time for their monthly bash of All Electric. Asked what he was talking about and he clammed up, but his computer browser was on this site. Checked it out, and was amazed to see similar writing style every single month with the same gripe, and I realized that this is the way some people operate. If you can't beat em, bash em? No way! I have been dealing with All Electronics for years and have never seen any of the things written about here. I have seen customers get really nasty with Milo when he explains something that will not work or something that he is not allowed to do, but I have NEVER heard anyone in the office be rude or nasty. About a week later she called, let me know it was ready and we arranged a pick up time. The guys showed me it worked and loaded it for me. It was warranty work so I was finished. They have no cooperate rules to follow so, yea not too professional but fine to work with.
Dealing with the public is not easy, especially when we are already angry about our electronics breaking in the first place. Give them a break!
And, I do not know any of them personally. Im just a consumer just like YOU.

I do not recommend this repair center. I have called twice and experienced only rude comments from the woman answering the phone. Both times she was insistent that we bring the TV in and pay the diagnostic fee when we already knew what was wrong. After my last conversation, I would not take our TV to them under any circumstances.

WIsh I could give a NO STAR rating. The favorable reviews must be written by the owner. This place is a rip off and I have never encountered such rude people. They didn't return calls and kept raising price of repair. When I requested that I pick up my TV and asked that they show me it still worked, the man plugged in a DVD. I told him that did not prove the TV worked and he told me DVD and TV are the same! HELLO? He said he could not show me the TV because they had no cable box. How can a repair shop not be able to view TV? The place is a mess when you walk in ... obviously no pride in the business. When I mentioned the bad reviews, I was told I had ""psychological problems from listening to other people"". I am in shock at such outrageous conduct by a business. Rude and crude. We had two TVs that we took in for repair to this company. Took forever and me calling them to find out what is going on with them when they finally said one was ready the other was not. So went and got the one and called and called and called about the other TV always got a HUGE attitude from the lady (if thats what you want to call her because ladies dont act like that) Kathy that the part is not in. So some time goes by and I call to check on the TV and she stated to me that a man called in and told her that not to do the repair and they got rid of my TV. I dont get where she said a man called in because she has always dealt with me a women and what right do they have to get rid of my TV. So I asked who the owner is because my TV needs to be replaced because no one told them to get rid of it and nor did I get a call from them? She laughed at me and hung up the phone on me. What great customer service right. Dont think so!!! I would not recommend this company to my dog let alone any friend or family member. I say stay away unless you like your stuff to thrown away and to be hung up on.

In such a hurry to replace the bulb on my TV, I did not even scroll to read reviews etc..too bad, I could have saved a huge amount of negativity. I've never met a more mean spirited person in my life in the woman named Kathy. My instincts right from the get go told me to proceed with caution with her. Little did I know she was a volcano waiting to erupt as soon as you request legitimate service. "If the bulb isn't cracked, it isn't broken...it must be your TV" she said as I asked about my options appearing that I bought a faulty bulb for $150. I don't even care to go into the horrific details about where our conversation went...except to say she was quick with the "F Bombs" and told me I was trying to scam her...and accused me of buying another cheaper bulb and trying to stick them with the old. ???
She does appear to be "President" according to the BBB site, so this is a "Mom and Pop" shop... The poor guy (husband) actually seemed to be OK, you could tell she made him miserable and ran the show...but I only talked to him when he was trying to offer solutions.

At least I feel better reading these reviews...Thank You. I am not alone in suffering that abuse...it really leaves you feeling nauseated.

My daughter was having a birthday party this last weekend. We really needed our big screen to work for us, and it decided to break down one day before the party. I called and explained my situation to Kathy and she said they could be out there this morning and try to get the TV repaired for us.

The guys who came out were so nice and professional and spent immediately went to work for us. It turned out that they had the right parts on their truck and they repaired my TV right then and there. The price was also very reasonable. I am so happy to have the TV for my party!

I just wanted to say again, that this was the best, nicest company I've ever done business with. I would highly recommend them!

Called the warranty company and said All Eecttronics would not do anything, the warrenty company called All Electronics and then called me back and their exact words were ""My goodness, the lady was very rude !!"" After being reimbursed by the original store, I went to pick up my broken unit at this place. First, the same woman could not find it and then made some comment. In pleasant terms, I said, I did not realize I would have to do some much leg work to try to get the part repaired/replaced. She started making rude comments to me, and continued as I walked out the door. Two quick comments on the woman up front. ""Do nothing"" and ""Smart$$$""\r

The positive comments on this board have to be written by her or family. Go to Cary, go to Durham, go somewhere else. If the warranty company suggests this place, go somewhere else.

I brought it back and was told they'd call me when it was ready. I had to call them repeatedly and was told every time that they were trying to find a part and they'd call me. Finally after 2 weeks I told the nasty lady that I just wanted to get my printer back and that they could take out the part they previously replaced, since that obviously wasn't the problem, and give me a refund. She said that they wouldn't do any such thing because they can't reuse the part. When I complained, she started ranting about my ""Stupid printer"" and hung up on me. Fearing that I'd never see the printer again (after reading these reviews), I went and picked up the printer. Not sure what to do now... small claims court? The location is very close to my house (and with the awesome coupon!!) so I thought I would give it a try. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly lady who was very quick to help me out. I filled out the paperwork with no problem and every question I asked the receptionist she gave me more information that I had expected. So far so good. I got an estimate over the phone from Kathy that afternoon. She was actually very nice on the phone. I told her to go ahead with the repairs. She did tell me that the parts werent in stock so they would have to order them. (Now Im worried after reading the other reports!) She told me it would take a week to get parts in but I expected to be without the tv for at least a week so Im ok with that. I get ready to call to check on the status of my tv about 5 days later and guess what TV IS FIXED! I was pleasantly surprised. I was able to have the tv in the house for the weekend for the kids. Over all it was a great experience. I never encountered any problems. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would without a doubt take all my tvs there. I'm a grandmother, visiting from Florida, waiting for my daughter to give birth. My daughter and husband brought their TV to All Electronics on April 3, 2010. It is now May 24. They have called to get a status. Kathy (claims to be President??) is rude and abusive! How does a business get away with taking YOUR property, refusing to give information .. frustrating customers to the point of giving up ... thus Kathy keeps the products? I decided to call myself - and did that yesterday. Kathy hung up on me twice, swore like a truck driver .. I was horrified! All I asked was ""may I get a status on their TV so that I can surprise them by paying for it and picking it up? So I've posted this, posted to the Better business bureau .. and the attorney generals office is next. They need to be investigated and fined for this abuse! After we contacted the BBB this morning ... they did contact Kathy! She called my son in law saying the TV cannot be repaired. Funny that it took 7 weeks to get a call back .. and you need to call the BBB for that to happen? Well, that's not enough ... this business needs to be heavilly FINED so they see how the customers feel getting ripped off. Shame on them! I'm a grandmother, visiting from Florida, waiting for my daughter to give birth. My daughter and husband brought their TV to All Electronics on April 3, 2010. It is now May 24. They have called to get a status. Kathy (claims to be President??) is rude and abusive! How does a business get away with taking YOUR property, refusing to give information .. frustrating customers to the point of giving up ... thus Kathy keeps the products? I decided to call myself - and did that yesterday. Kathy hung up on me twice, swore like a truck driver .. I was horrified! All I asked was ""may I get a status on their TV so that I can surprise them by paying for it and picking it up? I could have written any of these bad recommendation comments. As for the nice reviews they received, I can comment on how nice they were when we dropped off our 42 inch TV. From there, Milo (technician who says he is a co-owner) can't remember a conversation we had when we dropped it off about what could have happened. Kathy (aka. the nasty lady who says she is a co-owner) wasn't there when we dropped it off. Once we decided NOT to have it fixed, that's when everything changed. We were going to sell it as a non-working set and use that money toward a new one. That's when the melt-downs began. They cussed at us and ordered us to come pick it up, they at first said it would be 2 days to reassemble it, then said it would be ready in 2 hours. When we came to pick it up, they yelled at us and at first were going to help us carry it out, but she said not to and we had to carry it out ourselves. Once out the door, they slammed the door shut behind us (yelling all the time) and locked us out, even though they were still open for business hours. I can't tell you about their repair services, but their customer service is horrible!

They had my TV 4 or 5 times, and it still is not fixed. They took my $500 to buy and replace parts and they ""can't find a problem with the TV."". Bad customer service, just a bad place. We have to find a new repair place not. My money to them is lost.

Avoid this place. My husband took our 26 in LCD TV there to be fixed. The horrible female receptionist called us with an estimate and I took a message so my husband could call back. The estimate was extremely high and, after already having paid for the diagnosis, my husband said we didn't want them to fix it and we would pick it up. The woman said ""Fine, do whatever the hell you want. But you can't pick it up today, it will take us two days to put it back together"". My husband was irrate. When we went to pick it up, the man who brought the TV to the front offered to carry it out to the car because we had out 4 month old infant daughter with us. The woman yelled at the other employee ""Don't you dare carry that. He (my husband) wants it back, he can carry it to the car"". She even tried to stop the employee from holding the door for my husband.The woman is crazy, the service is aweful, the place is expensive. Personally, I have never experienced such poor service in my life. There is no need to pay to be treated like dirt.

I decided to let them order the parts and I kept the TV at my house. The parts were on back order but they let me know that I was supposed to authorize parts shipment from Toshiba (could have been more courteous on one phone call but overall phone courtesy was fine). The parts finally arrived and they returned to my house and completed the repair soon after. \r

I had considered just returning the TV since it was within 30 days of purchase but am glad now that I had the repair done. I think it helped that I was able to keep the TV at my house - video repairs are probably tougher to diagnose and might require taking the TV to the shop.\r

So I decided that I would make the 20 mile trip to Raleigh for a faster return, I hoped. I prepared myself mentally to be just as ""nasty"" as I had to be with the lady if it came to that, but I went with a cool head willing to give her a fair chance. I took the TV in expecting to meet this rude/unprofessional lady that many here had dealt with only to meet a professional & friendly lady who checked-in my tv, told me what was most likely wrong with it and said they'd call me in a few days when it was done. To make a long story short I received a call letting me know that my TV was ready 3-4 days later. Pick-up was quick & easy. Staff was helpful and professional in answering questions I had about LCD TVs & service related issues I could expect. Help was offered with loading the TV in my car and all. \r

I don't know if the warranty companies heard about the negative encounters that others had with this lady & made her straighten her act up or what, but my experience with her/All Electronic Services was a good one. I got a call from ""Nasty Woman"" the next day and she told me to pick up my tv, they were't going to fix it because of my husband's attitude. When I questioned who had the attitude, because she was the one who swore, she said that was a lie, she would never swear! HA! When I asked, ""Why would my husband make this up?"" She said, ""Some people will lie to get what they want!"" Then she hung up on me. I reported her to RCA and strongly suggested that they never deal with this company again. I decided to follow up this morning & after introducing myself & telling her I was calling to find out how long it would take to repair our fax machine, she proceeded to spout off what was wrong with it & how much it was going to cost to fix it. ""That's fine, but how long will it take to fix it?"" was my reply & that's when she got nasty. The lady was breathtakenly rude to me, calling ME unprofessional & proceeded to hang up on me. I immediately called my husband (yes, to vent & to ask him to call her). He called ALL Electronics a few minutes later & politely asked the lady ""what just happened between you & my wife?"". This is an absolutely great service center! They have been around forever and I have used them for that long! My repairs have always been done in a timely manner and I've never had to have it worked on more than once! The employees there treat you as if they've known you all of their lives and you are friends! This is the only shop that you should ever use!\r

This is an absolutely great service center! They have been around forever and I have used them for that long! My repairs have always been done in a timely manner and I've never had to have it worked on more than once! The employees there treat you as if they've known you all of their lives and you are friends! This is the only shop that you should ever use!\r

I am almost tempted to laugh at how outrageously terrible service my husband and I got. We brought our Philips TV in over two months ago for repair. A week after we brought it in, we heard nothing (the woman said she would call us with an estimate) so we called. The woman was very rude on the phone and said our estimate was not ready. Another week goes by, so we call again. Still not ready, and rude to us again. Another week. We call again. We are informed our TV is not broken, works fine and there would be a $65.00 diagnositc fee. Because of the lousy service thus far, we decided rather than taking the TV home, we would plug it in right there in the shop to make sure it was working. Guess what? IT WAS STILL BROKEN! Again, had to wait several weeks for an estimate, finally after WE called several times, we got the estimate. Needless to say it was over $900.00 to fix, so after all that we decided to just pick it up. Of course, we go to pick it up at lunch time, and the tv is ""diassembled"" OK. So the next day I called to see if it was ""reassembled"" and ready for pick up. The lady was rude and told me curtly ""you just came yesterday LATE in the afternoon, no it is not ready"" she then hung up on me. No joke 30 seconds later she called back and said it was now reassembled and ready for pick up. Mighty fast technician!!! Anyway, take it from us, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Very condescending and snide on the phone. After waiting 3 days for a call back, I called Sharp (who handed off their service call to these people) and told them to find someone else to handle the call. I also told them that they should not use them in the future.\r

I have now waited over 4 months for repairs on 3 electronical components. I call weekly and only receive extremely rude customer service and a patent answer that ""they are waiting for parts."" I have asked for documentation of the parts delay for my insurance agent and have waited over a week and called them 3 times and still have received no letters or faxes from them. I would NEVER use this repair shop again!

hired this company to repair a television, repair was not made. TV was returned inoperable. They subsequently held the TV for six months stating they were waiting on parts. Called the manufacturer and all parts were avaiable. Company refused to refund money or complete repiar.
