Very bad judge. Never considered the facts of the case. Her ruling was arbitrary and capricious at best. She took no time to reach her conclusion and relied on an incompetent witness. When approached with a rule 60 request because of new information, she refused to consider it where the consequences were jail. Arrogant and narcissistic.

JUDGE CULLER READ THIS! But of course she's far too above us "little folks" to do that. My lawyer told me that all the lawyers are talking about her--saying she used to be good and fair, but now they all feel that she has "lost it" and is making insane and illogical decisions all the time. JUDGE CULLER--YOU NEED TO GET A GRIP! You must be going through menopause, and it has affected your mind. Your decisions make a REAL IMPACT on peoples' lives--adults and children. This is not a joke or a play! You are so obviously jaded and cynical beyond all repair, and you need to step down from the bench. I have been in your courtroom on numerous occasions, and you do not pay any attention to what's going on. You have gotten it COMPLETELY WRONG in my particular case. You have this wrong idea that my ex and I are having some kind of "war of the roses" but you could not be more wrong! My ex is a total lying vicious psychopath who has been married 6 times, and gets his jollies making other peoples' lives totally miserable. If you are so wise and all-knowing, why can't you see this? And by the way, I have done absolutely NOTHING wrong. Your comment that "it takes two to tango" is dead wrong in this case. He forges documents, outright lies, does things to make it look as if I am doing things (which I'm not) and he gets away with it! My own attorney told me, "There's no such thing as justice." If I were a judge (and I do have the intelligence to do it), I would try my very best to ascertain who was lying and who was not, and then slam down the liars. In some cases, both parties are at fault, but not in this case! Honestly, Judge Culler, I don't how you sleep at night with the flippant and haphazard way that you "do your job" and hand down totally wrong rulings. Everyone thinks this! You should be ashamed of yourself.

Wow! So many people unfair experiences with Judge Culler. Now seems to be favoring big firm attorneys who might endorse her re-election. Totally inattentive in hearings and had to ask what was said when objections were made, had her decision already written and findings opposite of testimony to at this and previous hearings! Hopefully she won't be re-appointed when she loses this year's election!

She is hateful, ill, demeaning and I overall loathe her! Worst judge in Meck County family court! The people voted her out for a reason! Maybe she chose the wrong profession, she makes decisions without thought and in haste. Definately not for the people!
