The main Inn burned to the ground a year ago and the pile of ashes remain. It is visible from every from almost every room and cottage. The stench of wet ashes permeates the grounds with every rain or snow melt! Any photographs taken have to be carefully planned, or Photoshopped, to avoid or remove remnants of the fire.

The Richmond Hill Inn is beautiful! Beautiful building and beautiful grounds! Everyone is extremely kind and accommodating. We loved our stay and received Biltmore Estate tickets with our room. The restaurant was amazing also.

We stayed at the Richmond Hill Inn several years ago. It was absolutely beautiful and the grounds well attended. The staff was very professional. The dining room, which is a local restaurant as well, was absolutely wonderful. We were very pleased with our stay at the Richmond Hill Inn.
