Loop Pizza Grill

the place is spotless and clean. but the food is not what it used to be. everything now is pre-packaged. frozen dough. we only make the ranch now, mariniara is bought from a bag and the cheese as well. dont order burgers or anything on the grill mon-sat night. the prices are way to high now. Also the hand dipped shakes. well the ice cream is our own brand and its nothing like it used to be. im just giving everyone a heads up on the quality.

Rude African American female manager.I complained about the treatment from employees. She saw what was taking place and ignored it. She called me a rude ,obnoxious,disgusting person and told me I lied. I got a meal refund and not go back. She also so employees brush food crumbs off the table and onto the floor and not clean it up. Employees rude to female tables/customers.They not volunteer to wait on,interrupt,talk back rude,try to start fights,expect tips,complain about rude management and stingy customers that not give them tips,give rude looks,grab money out of female hands while paying for meal,give meal half cooked I got. Not volunteer to correct wrong order,walk away and not come back while waiting on female customers,look elsewhere while female customers are talking to them,eat while waiting on female customers,not volunteer to give food and drink paid for,Female employees have to ask them to come back and wait on them and do job. Give food and drink,and try to run away and not come back. And employees not pay for food and drink they eat,i noticed.They put fingers in food they serve to female customers.they think it is funny. It is gross.

I got the idea from other reviews that this place has great pizza, but I found out that it is the opposite.
It is comparable to frozen pizza that you get in grocery store freezer section, but worse. They take pre-formed/pre-rolled pizza dough from the freezer, and top it with tasteless tomato sauce and cheese. I strongly advise against eating at The Loop. In addition, the prices are not inexpensive.

I love all the food here, it's wonderful. Best comfort food. The Pizza Bianco, the french fries, Greek salads and the milkshakes are great.

If you just want a good sandwich or soup go to The Loop. I've been to the one on Kildaire and on 55. 55 seems more inviting (maybe just better lit), but that's not what The Loop is about. It's just good tasting food.

We love going to The Loop but it is not exactly inexpensive for a get your own food/drink place. It makes for a pretty quick meal because you don't have the hassle of a waitress. It depends on weather you want to be catered to or not. The Grouper sandwich is a must and comes grilled or fried. The Tomato Bisque is the best soup around. The pizza is average but the selection on the menu is a good one. so it should be easy to find something you like.

Great food - lots of families with kids so it can get kind of loud. If you don't have kids go after 8 it usually calms down a bit. Salads, pizza and wraps are great!

Overall, this is a great family place!

Their menu is based on pizzas, sandwiches and salads- when you're in the mood for something of the genre, The Loop fits the bill. Everything is delicious, and the atmosphere is family-friendly and interesting. The only down-side is that their menu never changes... I've exhausted their menu and would love for them to surprise me with something new -- I know it would be delicious!

The Loop is a great place for a Burger. Big and cooked to order.

This is a great place for everyone, especially families. The burgers and salads are outstanding. The choice of pizza will astound you - they are great. What is surprising is the consistent high quality of the food and friendly service.

For us, it's the best Pizza in the triangle. Try a 5 topping thin crust, double sausage, double fresh tomatoes, single Portabella Mushrooms; it's great.

To go along with that. They've got great personality. Pleasant to chat with and anxious to keep you happy. You'll get a kick out of the guy with the deep booming radio personality voice announcing " Number 24, you're pizza is ready".

We eat out often, and are glad to have found The Loop in Cary. We think the pizza, burgers, and salads are the best in Cary.

Best home-made burgers The Loop 'N' Cheddar is a great first-taste experience - Onion rings are "to die for", and if you like old-fashioned shakes - WITH the extras available in the blender cup. Try the mochaliscious shake - forget your diet.

I am always one to try different things, but when it comes to the Loop, I defintely have my favorites. The barbeque chicken pizza is the best! I order it every time I go there. They also have great Oreo shakes, nice and thick. The staff is really nice, and the tables are clean. It can get very busy during lunch time, and a bit noisy. The burgers are good, however the salads are a bit ho-hum. Overall, a great place for some good eats!

It's food that doesn't seem processed. Fresh herbs, you can see them making sauce, and sauteeing. The pizzas are the best in the Triangle. The BBQ and Spicy Cilantro Chicken as the best. They take the interpretation of Chicago Style as thick crust with lots of sauce and lots of toppings. That works as I am a sauce fan. Oh! They are not afraid of Garlic. Salads are good and large but size is irregular. Burgers are good, but he Jalepeno Chicken Sandwich is the one. I eat there about once a week. Some times it is just food picked up. The bathrooms are big and clean. Desserts are mentioned but not worth mentioning however, the shakes are awesome. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have kids working there sometimes the focus seems to be on social stuff. Still one of the best mainstays in Cary for good food.

The Loop Pizza place is the deal. Consistently great pizza. Fresh toppings and lots of them, always hot, non-greasy crust. Great place to eat.

Overall the place is kind of cool. The sandwiches and salads are good. But, they recieve a low rating for their pizza. The Loop's pizza reminds me of my high school cafeteria pizza and I know good pizza because I am from NY and I have owned my own pizzeria. So, if you need somewhere to go that is quick, clean, and affordable, then the Loop will do. Just take my advice and skip ordering the pizza.

The Loop has quite a few good selections on it's menu. I recommend the burgers and the pizza. Their fries are really good - steak fries. Burgers are large and cooked well. They also have good milkshakes. If you like to save money, look for their coupons which are distributed locally. Oh, by the way, Philbert is their little "mascot"; a duck decoy that sits up at the counter.

We love this place. It is a great place to bring kids, too. The milkshakes can be brought out right away, and the speed of service is excellent. You can order your food, and put your kids in a booth within 5 minutes. The beer and wine selection also helps Mom and Dad! We love the all specialty pizzas, and all the salads are very good, especially the Feta and Walnut (or something like that). The milkshakes are also great: they are made on a real Hamilton Beach blender machine and come out in a tall glass with the extra in a steel blender cup.

The pizza rocks. The atmosphere is as chill and laid back as it gets. Don't be afraid to get a salad, they are the best.
