Sharon Luggage and Gifts at Crabtree is AMAZING! The service and product knowledge is far superior to any other luggage store I have visited. The young gentlemen that the previous guy on here wrote about also helped me, he was the most generous, welcoming, and helpful Manager I have EVER encountered in a retail store. The guy before the new manager was very nice, however the store looked horrible until the new manager took over. I encourage everyone to shop here, you will be very pleased with your experience! Just a side note, I talked with the new manager, and found out that he is a combat veteran, has 12 years of retail and sales experience, so I think he is up for the job.

I have been a loyal customer of Sharon Luggage for over ten years now. I own several pens and briefbags which I've purchased from the Crabtree store and I've always been incredibly pleased with the service I've received until recently. A young gentleman greeted me as if he was being forced to speak to me then proceeded to try and push the most expensive bag in the store to the register. After a few minutes, and a lot of back-pedaling on his answers, I asked nicely if the manager was around. Expecting to see an older man I had worked with before many times, instead he told me he WAS the manager! In this day and age, I have to wonder why any company would choose youth over experience, since that guy had no idea what he was talking about and wanted nothing more than to make a sale. Very disappointing.

Sharon Luggage is a pretty amazing company! They offer a large selection of luggage, handbags, travel items and back packs. What really impressed me was their high level of service and knowledge of luggage. I had a service problem with a piece of luggage I purchased and they quickly and efficiently took care of it for me. Although their prices seem a little high, it is well worth it due to the great customer service they provide.

Sharon Luggage has one of the best selections of luggage in the area. The store is very clean and well stocked. Selection is truly second to none. The staff is very knowledgeable as well; but in my honest opinion, I truly believe that the stock is all over priced. To me it appears you are paying more than you need to. But with that said they have a loyal foloowing and are ALWAYS busy it seems.
