72 deg. replaced my heating/cooling system. They were always on time , They called me to tell me when they would be working. The replacement was done very fast. The budget was About $5,000.00 this included all new ductwork under the house. 72 deg. had the right tools, manpower, and equipment to provide and install my new heating/cooling system. The front office worked hand in hand with the field crews to provide a super job "Well Done"

72 Degrees HVAC the company you can count on. They are always friendly and ready to serve. All around best company. We have had our unit for about 5 years now. Have no complaints just praise. They came out to install when they said they would. Always come out twice a year to check out the units before their season of use starts. The energy efficient unit ran last winter on 55% of propane the whole winter season. 72 Degrees HVAC the company you need.
72 Degrees HVAC did a fantastic job for me. My air conditioner went out on the 4th of July. They were there the next morning, whereas the company I had dealt with before, would not even consider talking with me
"because it was a holiday & everyone has been calling, etc. etc." Duh! My AC did not know it was a holiday!
Anyway, the service man came the next morning, inspected my AC, recommended the warranty, (which pays for itself), and also suggested I buy a surge protector to help me out. I will NOT go back to my old company. 72 Degrees has my back & they have me as a customer!
We have had great service for many years from 72 Degrees. When our oldest AC unit (probably 30 years old) went out on us a couple of years ago, they were right out to replace it for us. We got good advice from them and decided that a service agreement was the right thing to do. This year, when the "newest" (not very new) heat pump started giving us fits, we called 72 degrees and a technician came out, measured our house, recommended the right size unit to install and we had the work done. It wasn't long before we were cranking out the cool air once again! Our electric bill has gone way down with the regular servicing of our heat pumps, too.
The work crew that came out to install the new unit left virtually no messes inside or outside. Everyone was polite, friendly and knew their business well. The admin crew was likewise not only professional but so nice on the phone that I just had to go over and speak with many of them.
I recommend 72 degrees of Sanford to anyone in the area who needs a good company to work with.
I am very please with the service I have received from 72 Degrees Heating and Air Conditioning. They call ahead when coming to my home, always polite, informative, clean, they spend time checking the unit out, so you feel like they are doing a good job and I feel safe. I highly recommend 72 Degrees, they are courteous and provide a great service at a reasonable fee. Hope their technician, Travis, is around for a long time.
The service tech was very courteous and informative. 72 degrees arrived when they said they would and they were very neat and clean I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
