Diamond Shoals Restaurant

This restaurant is good for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! We had a very good breakfast, (order rye toast), and they have an option for some good Captain's hash browns with salsa and cheese! Friends had excellent omelets. We also were there at lunch and had Delicious clam chowder and crab bisque soup. And for a dinner party of 10, we all like our meals. The prime rib was excellent and well as the fried scallops and pesto pasta. Anything is good. Once you find a good restaurant, you're happy. This was recommended to us by locals.

Every time we go to Hatteras, we have to eat breakfast at Diamond Shoals. We even drive from the Northern OBX to get breakfast there. The coffee is so good, the omelets are perfect and they serve HUGE pancakes. It's the best breakfast around hands-down.

Come for the food and sit by the large saltwater tank to view amazing fish and eels while you dine. Our kids ask to go back each year. Service is friendly and prompt.
