If you go early morning between January and October being sure to skip Easter, Mother's Day and any other gift holiday, you will have a decent session. Anytime after September they start triple booking for Christmas photos and it's a madhouse. If you have itty bitty ones and you plan naps and feeding time, don't bother because they will at least be 45 minutes behind. Want to talk to the manager? Forget it. Just call the corporate office instead. Bad customer service but an incredible deal if you get the special. The photos are nice and the printing is fast. . .too bad the rest stinks.

I have been there a couple of times because they have good backgrounds but the customer service is not customer friendly at all and they are too busy to even take your feedback or may be they don't care about customer feedback. They were running 40 min late and no one had the courtesy to even let you know forget about apologizing. I planned my kids nap times and meal times so that they will be good during the photo shoot but that all went down the drain because they were not on schedule. I understand sometimes you can't predict that but at least let the parents know when they come so that they know what to expect and not throw your mood swings around when you are asked how long is the waiting. I used to but after this experience I would not recommend it again to anyone.

I have gone here several times to get pictures of my twin daughters. I am a photographer myself and just want a nice family photo of all 4 of us. I get pictures of my daughters singly on my own. The first time we went here, we were pressured into spending over $170. The next time we went we spent about $100 but got nice Easter pictures of the girls. The next time I went I told the photographer before hand that I just want a picture of BOTH my girls together, that is all. So the first thing they started doing was the single portrait shot. I told her I only want pictures of them together, but she said that is okay, we will get shots of them separately. So I just said fine whatever you want to do. Well the time came to pick out our pictures and we just chose the cheap $9.95 package of a shot of both girls together and when we said that, the woman helping us with our order was stand offish and didnt really talk to us from then on. But it doesnt bother me any. They shouldnt offer that package if they dont like it when people get it!! They have great pictures, rush you a little and give you attitude, but it is the end outcome that matters to me!

I took my daughter to get pictures here - I was attracted by their package deal and assumed that extra poses and prints wouldn't be unreasonable. Super high pressure sales! The photographer/salesperson became pushy then terse when I wasn't going to spend over $150. Notice their website will NOT tell you how much more extra pictures are. Their printing equipment was broken at the time of purchase, so I had to come back later. I was utterly ignored when I picked them up, even though they were not busy (both studios empty). As I waited 15 minutes for my scheduled appointment, I heard other salespeople pressuring customers.

We loved going here when our son was younger. They offer a lot of pictures for the prices. You'll get the best results before your child hits that "independent" stage, about 18 months.

My brother and sister and I went here to get some quick pics for our Dad's 50th bday. The photographers were great and we got excellent pics that day for a great deal. We did have an appt and they were busy, but they got us in by our scheduled time. They have some creative ideas and we had several poses to choose from. We will be back!

The staff here work great as a team with my two year old to capture his attention and capture his photos very quickly before his attention span is gone! The photos always come out great! I love that the camera is a free motion camera and the photographer gets on my son's level and the photos don't look so "stiff" and posed. I've used Portrait Innovations since my son was a year old and have not thought of using anyone else. They have captured every moment just perfect and always before he went into meltdown mode. I've recommended to several people they use these services for the same reason. Quick, Courteous and I also love the fact that you get your photographs within a few minutes of choosing all that you want. I love that you don't have to wait weeks for your pictures to come in! Portrait Innovations is a great business and very reasonably priced!

Until I found Portrait Innovations I was taking my kids to the department store to get their pictures taken. NEVER AGAIN! Portrait Innovations is the BEST! They have tons of props and their photographers can move around to get the best shot possible. The best part is that they print your pictures right there while you wait so you don't have to come back 2 weeks later. I would definitely recommend Portrait Innovations. One thing, the book fast, so make an appointment at least a couple of weeks before you want to get the pictures taken.

I love this place they have a great staff and they are super helpful and nice. They make the whole experience to be fun, quick and easy. You get all your pictures that day and they do an excellent job. They really capture your child's beauty and personality. Great place, for the price and environment.

I used to work at portrait innovations and I thought you should know that the company does not care about you or it's employees at all. It's all about the money. They want to get the most people in and out as possible, as fast as they can - thinking that will make them more money. (Johnny Grosso, the owner's son, runs the company. He is in his middle twenties - if that tells you anything.) Over Christmas we worked our butts off going 12 hours days with only a 15 minute break to run in the back and try to take a couple bites of pizza that was ordered because we couldn't have breaks. Its not really the manager's fault though, the regional manager was forcing him to double book appointments. None of us had ever worked a Christmas season before so we were in over our heads. By lunchtime my eyes would be bloodshot and I would get migranes every weekend. One girl went to the doctor and had several stomach problems from the stress. It might not have been so stressful if we didn't have to keep unattainably high sales averages. Because of the $9.95 special, we all got letters for Christmas stating if we could not get our averages up withn a month (none of us did though they wew all within $10 of what they should have been at the time), they were "letting us go." And they did. Look at the economy... people do not have money to spend on a ton of pictures right now. And to be honest... the $9.95 gives most people enough as it is. Speaking of honesty, they want us to rush the customers through the selling process so you don't know whats going on and trick you into spending more money than you want. Several managers from other stores tried to "train" me to do this, but I didn't think it was right. There was one that would even add extra sheets into the customers cart if they weren't paying attention. All that said, they do take good pictures and I think it is an awesome value, and if the pics aren't the greatest... you might have had someone that is new - they go through employees like crazy! They fired one guy because he updated his resume on monster.com and they took it as he was seeking other employment, or someone was getting married and told to keep quiet about moving after the wedding because they would immediatly get rid of her too. Before they got rid of us, they would have the manager come in on his days off to do interviews for our positions. Many of them were high schoolers, not even 18 yet - we all were college students and graduates who had something related to photography as a career goal. They also made us sign an agreement that we could not work at a photography place for 2 years after leaving, and who knows what else it said - keep in mind there were a lot of photography majors working there... hmm, how is that going to work? Oh well. There is so much more I could say, but with this information you all can make your own decisions as to wether or not you want to do business with a company like that. I would not. Feel free to pass this on, I am from studio #76 in Indiana.

This is an excellent place to have professional photos taken. I have had pictures taken here several times and they have all turned out great. All pictures are taken digitally and you can see them immediately. You get to pick out your favorites and can crop them and touch them us as needed. The pictures that you purchase are ready in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this studio.

There are not enough employees to service the number of customers they book. They need more studios and photographers
