Bed Bath & Beyond

The employees at the store at Crossroads are the worst in this area. Terrible customer service...while I spent well over $500 at my last visit, I had one question which took well over 20 minutes to answer; I gave up as no one seemed willing or able to help me. One employee asked me if I'd like to order the product, which I did, and walked off never to return. What the heck? The cashier acted as though she was bored and annoyed that she actually had to ring up my items. I almost left my cart and walked out. I dread going there if I don't know EXACTLY what I am looking for. Such an unpleasant place.

I have never been disappointed with either the selection, staff friendliness, or attention I have received at this Bed Bath and Beyond. I am usually asked 5 or 6 times by various employees if I am finding what I need and am often walked directly to anything I am looking for. Put a smile on your face when you shop and you may be surprised at how nice and friendly people are to you!

Several of the Bed, Bath and Beyonds are so great but every time I've visited this Cary store, I have been disappointed. It's hard to find an employee to help. When you walk toward one, most of them turn around and walk the other way. They avoid customers. When you ask them a question, they are unfriendly and sometimes rude. This is bad for me because it's the closest BB&B to my home. I usually end up driving another 30 minutes to another one-very inconvenient.
