I lived there for three years. If you are thinking about moving there, DON'T. They will do what ever it takes to get you into a lease, and then you're trapped. There were stains on the carpet and holes in the wall when I moved in. The air conditioner broke down several times in the middle of summer and maintenance took their sweet time fixing it. It was obviously going to keep breaking until they replaced it. Which for a long time they refused to do. They finally replaced it, but not after I raised hell for the fourth time. And when the AC does work, it runs all the time and it is very very loud.

Get use to living with cockroaches and having neighbors that could easily be guests on Jerry Springer. People fighting and screaming at all hours of the night, almost every night. I didn't feel safe walking to my apt at night.

My last year there, I paid for a YEARS rent all up front. Every two months I would get a nasty letter taped to my door about how I was late on my rent and they were going to take me to court. So I had to march down to the office and remind them that I had already paid for the entire year. What an unorganized, uneducated, incompetent bunch of buffoons.

No matter how good you clean the apt. when you move out, you WILL NOT get your deposit back. They will make up bogus and ridiculous charges that you have to pay. Keep a copy of the move in cond't form because they will conveniently loose their copy and charge you for stains and holes that were there when you moved in. Keep copies of the checks and get receipts for payments, because reluctantly I paid everything they said I owed. And guess what, my mother just got a phone call (three months after I moved out) from a collections agency saying I had to pay them almost $500 or they were going to bring charges against me and put a mark on my credit. First of all, I paid what I owed and I can prove it. Second of all, they called my mother. How did they get my mother's number' I'm 30 years old. She didn't co-sign for me. And because I have a wonderful mother, she paid them. Now I have to fight and prove I didn't owe anything else in order to get my mom's money back. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a great size appropriate apartment for those who lack transportation. It is close to the college, eateries, and shopping. I would recommend this place to the college age renter.
