Ice House At Eastland Mall

This place has been around for ages. The rink is quite big compared to others I have been to. Nothing particularly special about their skate rental, the skates are pretty battered up from years and years of renting. They also offer figure skating and ice hockey lessons. This place is great fun every once in a while just to skate around and relax. The music they play is typical cheesy hits however, this is unavoidable for skating rinks.

My children love skating at the Ice House! The mall is not the best in the world, and the rink is a little older, but the service is excellent and the price is very good. You can skate during open hours, or they offer lessons and classes. The people who run it, are a very nice family. People who are walking by in the mall stand above on the 2nd and 3rd floor and look down onto the rink while everyone skates. It is a very nice place to go skate!
