Rude service call, I ask about the negative feedback and all I got was more negative comments. They will charge $75 just for coming to check the A/C. I wouldn't do business with someone who couldn't even handle a phone call.

Pros: Answers the phone

Cons: Don't know how to talk to customers

.

They couldn't give me an appointment time but said they'd phone when they were on their way. I had to wait for the phone call and, to their credit, they showed up about 20 minutes later. They charged the A/C with 3 lbs of R22 when it was less than 2 lbs low. When I questioned this, I was told that my reading was wrong and that they had to put in 2.1 lbs. They charged for 3 lbs because they couldn't charge for less than 1 lb at a time. The total bill was 142.50 which included a $75 service call charge. The A/C stopped working entirely the next day which was a Saturday. They're closed on weekends. I called another service company who had to totally recharge the refrigerant as it had ALL "disappeared" over the course of 1 day. The A/C has been working fine since.
