Dewy Cleaners

I went to this cleaners only once and had a very bad experience.
I dropped off a number of men's shirts for LAUNDERING, and when I went to pick them up, they had decided to DRY CLEAN one of the shirts.
This was a problem for 2 reasons:
1) There was no reason to dry clean that shirt. I had washed it in the washing machine before, and the garment care tag clearly stated that washing was allowed; and
2) Dry Cleaning a shirt is considerably more expensive. I can't remember how much it was exactly, but I think it was around $5 instead of the approx $2 for the other shirts

In addition, when I got the shirts home, I found that they had damaged the shirt that they Dry Cleaned!!! There was a large snag/pull in the sleeve with a very long thread hanging out. They almost ruined this shirt, and it took me many hours to fix it to the point where it could be worn in public again.

I won't be going back to Dewy Cleaners on Westinghouse.
