Thank you for visiting the original Red Rocks Cafe location! We are located in the Strawberry Hill shopping center with the most recent addition in the Birkdale Village shopping center in Huntersville. With comfortable booths, low lighting, intimate feel and jazzy background music the restaurant offers a touch of class and a comfortable atmosphere that appeal to everyone. Our menu boasts of quality with a variety of steak, seafood, poultry, and pasta entrees. Each entree is named for a famous (or not so famous) customer and adds a personal touch to the varied selections. We appreciate all reviews on our restaurants and hope you have a great experience!
Red Rocks Cafe hosted our Christmas dinner last year and did an excellent job! There was a very short wait and our party of over 25 had a wonderful area that we could dine in.

My family enjoys eating here, the food is reasonably priced, the service has always been good and the food if great. They also have a great selection from their bar.

Charming ambiance...reasonable prices and superb neighborhood dining. Very good lunch and dinner. Would highly recommend it. Very good atmosphere. Excellent crab cakes!

Fancy food at a great price and it tastes great. You have to try red rocks cafe bar & bakery. Friendly staff and quick food. You can't beat it for the price.

A restaurant great for Lunches or Dinners. The menu unique and the atmosphere very nice. The owners are often walking the restaurant checking with their patrons.

I went to this restaurant famished and not knowing what to order I ask for a few recommendations. For my appetizer I order the Ricky Proehl's Potato Chips these are homemade potato chips topped with bleu cheese. Let's just say that once you try these homemade potato chips you will never want to buy another bag from the store. The sun dried tomato and spinach queso dip serve with chips and sour dough bolle's are another menu item not to miss.

RED ROCKS IS A GREAT PLACE TO EAT LUNCH AND DINNER. THE FIRST TIME I ATE AT RED ROCK I HAD THE PORTABELLA MUSHROOM MELT, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. IF YOU ARE WANTING A SALAD FOR LUNCH TRY THE BLACKENED SEAFOOD SALAD. FOR DINNER I ALWAYS ORDER THE SAME DISH ALMOND GROUPER. TRUST ME IT IS AWESOME!!!

What a wonderful experience

I took my wife here for Valentines Day. What a wonderful experience. The waitstaff was on point. The seating was nice and comfy. The food was superb. This place is at the top of my list for a casual place to dine.

I recenlty planned a company trip for 30 people. We were in town from Baltimore. I came across some good reviews for Red Rocks and decided to give it a try. We had dinner reservations for 8 pm on a Sunday evening. The Birkdale Village shopping center is really cute, but most of the places were closed because of the day of the week. Our tables were in the private room and had determined a prix fixe menu ahead of time. The three servers that were assigned to our group were excellent and had a wonderful attitude. For appetizers we had shrimp cocktail and queso dip. Dinner was a choice of: filet and lobster, filet and shrimp, tuna or lemon chicken. All entrees were delicious. Dessert was either italian creme cake or a triple chocolate cake. Both were fabulous! They had a good wine selection and our drinks stayed full all night. I would definitely recommend Red Rocks because of their food, atmosphere, and ease to deal with. Coming from the restaurant industry my group understands what it takes and Red Rocks has it!

The service was great! The servers were ready to answer any questions you have and we didn't have to wait since we made reservations. Make sure you try the choc. cake with the dipped strawberries!! It's decadent! I would recomend this to anyone and everyone. I can't wait to go back!
