I would give it 5 stars if the prices were as good as Trader Joe's. The remodeling was an excellent idea. The parking is a much needed improvement. All in all Whole Foods is a better alternative to Weaver Street, but I honestly preferred Earth Fare to them all. Such is life...

Whole Foods Market is a place for those who care about what they eat and what they feed their children. The prices are as good as any other chain grocery store. Their clerks are kind and extremely helpful.

I don't believe I've ever been to a Whole Foods I didn't like, but the one in Chapel Hill strikes me as superb. It's in a fine area, just off of Franklin St. away from the UNC campus, and it's pretty darned classy. The produce always looks beautiful and there are plenty of sales. The 365 store brand is frequently available for many food choices, and at times you can get better deals on wholesome organic foods than you can on their counterparts at bargain-oriented grocery stores.
The bakery has beautiful bread and divine hot-cross buns. Definitely check those out next Easter, as they're whole wheat and filled with currants, raisins, cranberries and other treats. The cheese collection is endless and there are frequently samples set out around the store. Whole Foods is by far my favorite grocery.

Whole foods has a terrific selection of fresh, organic fruits and veggies. They offer a wide selection of specialty items and the prices are fairly reasonable. They have a terrific salad bar and bakery. The atmosphere is friendly and the clerks are courteous!

Whole Foods offers a wide variety of organic, natural, and healthy foods. Most of their stores get a high KidScore for amenities like family restrooms...
