I really don't know how this place keeps getting great reviews... I have never been to a place where it seemed that they could actually care less. My massage therapist smelled like smoke witch almost made me sick and as far as being dressed professionally you can forget it.. tank top to were you could see his armpit hair and tatoos all down his arms! Then a friend of mine went to have her make up done there for her wedding ( I told her not to go do to horrible service) and you know what they actually forgot about her appointment the makeup artist didn't even bring her stuff so none the less we had to make a hasty appointment at merle norman. Needless to say that I really dont understand how they get great reviews. Location is horrible, and service is horrible. I will never go back and I would suggest the same for anybody else!

Recently, I went to the Cotswold location and it was the best service I have received in a Charlotte salon. They were extra friendly, prompt, and delivered great service. I went with a junior artist and paid only $40 bucks. I will definately go again.

I've had very good service going to this spa. The staff is friendly and I have had good haircuts every time. It can be a bit pricey but it is definately worth it!

I love Carmen and Carmen! I went to one of their young stylists there and had a great experience. The stylists with the least experience charge about $30 a haircut and they increase their prices with their experience. I have always gone to cheap places like Great Clips or places in the mall, but there is no substitute for a good haircut! I got the best haircut of my life here. They start out with a scalp massage, wash your hair with great smelling Aveda products, cut your hair, and then style it. I would love to go more often because its such a relaxing experience. I highly recommend this place!

I have problem skin and the technicians at Carmen Carmen do a great job on their facials. They are always friendly and my skin looks great for at least a week after I go.

I recently visited Carmen! Carmen! and had a wonderful experience. When I walked through the door I was immediately greeted and offered something to drink. Instead of them pointing me to the waiting area, I was literally walked to the seat shown with an open hand. While i was waiting i was offered a complimentary hand massage which i definitely enjoyed! My service provider took me back to the nail room right on time and was very engaging. Not once did i ever feel like an inconvenience. After my nail appointment I went for my shampoo blowdry and again was offered a neck and head massage before my service began. During my service she explained certain techniques that she used to style my hair, she explained what products were used & how much to use of each. After the young lady was finished with my hair i was in awe! It was fabulous. I will definitely be returning to Carmen Carmen Salon!
