Carmen Carmen Salon & Spa

Recently, I went to the Cotswold location and it was the best service I have received in a Charlotte salon. They were extra friendly, prompt, and delivered great service. I went with a junior artist and paid only $40 bucks. I will definately go again.

I've had very good service going to this spa. The staff is friendly and I have had good haircuts every time. It can be a bit pricey but it is definately worth it!

I love Carmen and Carmen! I went to one of their young stylists there and had a great experience. The stylists with the least experience charge about $30 a haircut and they increase their prices with their experience. I have always gone to cheap places like Great Clips or places in the mall, but there is no substitute for a good haircut! I got the best haircut of my life here. They start out with a scalp massage, wash your hair with great smelling Aveda products, cut your hair, and then style it. I would love to go more often because its such a relaxing experience. I highly recommend this place!

I have problem skin and the technicians at Carmen Carmen do a great job on their facials. They are always friendly and my skin looks great for at least a week after I go.
