The service department at Leith Acura in Cary is exceptional. We experienced an intermittent transmission glitch with our 03 Acura TL that was occurring with more frequency but was hard to replicate during a service test drive. The guys at Leith kept at it until they were able to replicate the problem, get a good diagnosis and complete the repairs. All this with less than 700 miles left in the extended warranty. Great place to do business with, highly recommend them for any Acura or Honda service.

My husband and I purchased a 2010 Acura TL from Kai a few months ago. We had looked at the Acura TL in Greensboro, NC prior to coming to the Leith Dealership in Cary. I was driving a 2009 VW CC which was a great car, but was uncomfortable to get into and out of the car. When we went to Greensboro, the sales rep told me very bluntly that they did not want my VW, which looked like a new car. His attitude turned us off and we went home without a new Acura. My husband went online when we went home and found a white Acura TL with a few miles on the Leith website. He called and spoke with Kai, and scheduled a time for us to drive from Winston Salem to Cary. Kai was very concerned and professional. I did not like the paint on the white Acura TL. Since my husband is a black on black car person, we began to look at the new Acura's. Since Leith owned a VW dealership, they were very interested in my car and offered us what we felt was a great deal. I ended up buying a 2010 Acura TL, black on black and am very pleased with my purchase. I found the entire experience to be very positive, but I have not had to go back to the dealership for any service yet. I did not feel pressured by Kai, but he was very knowledgeable, personable and was eager to help us in any way he could to make this purchase possible. Hats off to a great guy and a seemingly great car!

2 years ago, my wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle. We were intersted in the 08 Acura TL. We contacted Leith Acura and set up an appointment with Kai Hardaway III. We were impressed with Kai 's professionalism from the moment we met him. He was expecting us when we arrived and greeted us in the parking lot. He took a moment to confirm the type of vehicle we were intererested in and then quickly got us into a test car. What impressed us most, was that Kai took time to sell us on the features of the vehicle vs. trying to rush us into writing a deal. I purchased my car from Kai Hardaway at Leith Acura. That sounds so generic compared to what really happened. I've purchased numerous cars during my lifetime and now I have a whole new standard. I'll probably never buy a car anywhere else because I was treated like royalty at Leith Acura. Everyone was pleasant, professional, up front, none of that back office "jerking you around business". It was fabulous!!! I was comfortable while the paperwork was done, offered beverages and the whole process was rather brief compared to previous experiences. Since then I had to bring the Acura in for brakes. Unbelievable how quick and professional the service department individuals are. This place sets an example of what every dealership should aspire to be and Kai is an ideal pressure free laid back sales person to deal with. I just wish I could go in and buy the 2011 from Kai today but my certified preowned 2006 MDX is still running like a top!

Thanks so much Kai and Leith!!! You guys rock!!!

Well, in MY opinion Corey King is the BEST salesman that Acura has! We not only have leased one vehicle with him, but now we have leased two!! I just LOVE my 2011 MDX! Corey has been just wonderful to work with, so much that we've even told friends about him who are looking to replace an existing Lexus RX300! I actually had one years ago, but quickly realized what I was missing in the MDX!

Buying a 2010 Acura TL with Salesman Bruno Gareton last week was the most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had. I never felt pushed to make a decision at any time, I was given plenty of advice, opportunities to test drive, research, etc.. When it came to the actual purchase, I felt comfortable trading my old car in and was in/out of the dealership with my new car in 2 hours, financing included. Bruno, kept in contact several times over his weekend in the following days to ensure that my experience was exceptional. I cannot recommend Leith Acura and Bruno Gareton enough!

We have two acura's from this dealer, a 2000 and a 2007 and i can say nothing but great things about the people in the service department and how satisfied i am with their work. my car is ready when the say, costing what they say, and to boot it's clean. Service department is very unaccommodating. I've dealt with them on two different issues and left dissatisfied both times. They are nice to you when they give you the service spiel at time of purchase. After that, no so much.

I took my car in for oil and filter change and ended up with 4 wheels alignment also. The worst part was when I took the car back telling them it was misaligned, they wanted to charge you again with excuses that I went over potholes or railroad tracks. Any reason to make you pay again. I will not go back for any service.

I had it checked out by my local mechanic, and Leith Acura never fully tightened the oil plug. Sloppy workmanship, who knows what else they did poorly. I'll never go back.
