Whistle Stop Antique Mall

A slightly different and unique antique mall with a variety of shops and some very nicely priced items. Great fun for a casual day of strolling and searching as you never know what you might find!

This place is like no other antique mall I've been to (most these days offer 15% actual vintage/antique items and 85% Pier 1 Imports-type, modern stuff. Or pure rusted old junk.)
Plenty of open booths as well as enclosed showcases.
Items in the glass cases are most definitely NOT hands-off; all you have to do is ask for assistance if you've a genuine interest in an item in any showcase. I like it this way; it keeps the handling of objects to a minimum, helping to preserve these often fragile items.
The prices are right, many having special consideration for the Holidays coming up as well as the present state of our economy.
All in all, you won't find a better place to spend time to window-shop, or purchase and take home a piece of genuine vintage or antique Americana.

There are several different shops here put into a mall. The mall is setup like a train. It was fun to browse, but we didn't buy anything. There is a wide selection of items.

This store is so much fun to visit. The first time I went, my husband and I spent several hours walking through the isles and enjoying all of the unusual items this store has. This isn't your typical antique store with tons of glass cases and a "hands-off" policy. It is very laid back, with most items out in the open where you can enjoy them. They have so many neat things, and I thought that the prices were excellent. A great place to shop for gifts or just to browse.
