Wet Seal has nice, good quality, and affordable clothes for teen girls. Their items are unique and aren't exact copies of things in other stores. Also has accessories.

I recently bought a pair of cool platform shoes at Wet Seal in the Streets at Southpoint mall. I wore them about 5 times over 2 weeks and found the soles had worn out in this period. \n\nI took them back to the store, expecting an exchange or refund, and was sternly told that they do not accept worn clothing items back. I can understand this if someone is trying to return a dress or something, but what if their clothing is defective? (which, it is in this case). They do not stand by the quality of their merchandise at all - I paid $30 for these sandals so I expect them to last longer than the two weeks that they did. I am very disappointed in this store.

Pros: inexpensive, sales

Cons: no returns, bad service
