Terrible!!! They are inconsiderate and unprofessional. Supposedly I got a tune up, tires, oil change. NONE of the fluids were topped off. The service was shoddy and the oil looked dirty after they charged 35.00 for an oil change. I do not believe they did anything they were supposed to do. They should be put out of business. l. Just like the other reviewer I paid for tires and to be balanced and rotated. There prices are the highest in town. My car shimmies now!. IT's unbelievably bad.
It was awful! They are rude, unfriendly, over-priced, unhelpful. They charged high price for tires and they said they were going to balance & rotate. They didn't. They took nuts & bolts off to check the battery and then lost them. It was unbelievably bad. I cannot believe they ever get return business . . . ever. The only good review must be from Charlie's mother-in-law.

Good Work, fair price, scheduling needs to invoke the "Same Day Rule"I have had two sets of tires put on by Charlie's last year. The Corvette called for specialty tires which they found for me and a reasonable price. The Diesel Excursion simply needed good road tires. Both services were performed and the work was excellent. However, the allignment that was scheduled to be performed on the Vette at the same time had to be done a new day. The scheduling was running about 3 hours behind. I will certainly take our cars back.
The work was good and price fair. Customer Service was good if you initiated conversation to find what you needed. Next time I need something done which requires coordination between tire and maint shops I plan to just leave the car all day and pick it up when done.
this has got to be the worst tire store on the planet. poor service and high prices. don't even think about a warranty issue here.you wont get the time of day. very rude people, and we won't be back
Ive had good and bad service here. Tire prices drastically fluctuate from day to day, alignments are terrible. Service is friendly though, and this is the best place to get a quick inspection.
