Best Price Cleaners

Had been going there for a year and had no trouble until they ruined my favorite sweater. Repeatedly tried to get in touch with the manager and no one would ever return my calls or emails. Finally, filed a suit with the BBB, no response as of yet. I will never give them my business again. If you are looking for a good, cheap dry cleaners ... try Dry Clean City off Glenwood Avenue.

This was at the Brier Creek location.

wawwwwwww I have never seen such a good cleaner with lowest prices best quality and wonderful costumer service am using this cleaner for a years now never had any problem.prices are the best ,quality is the best and service is the Best recommend this cleaner to every one in Brier Creek to use It love Best Price Cleaners in Brier Creek

Charles C.I have tried two different times to give my business to this cleaners. We started out with the Capital store and they lost one of my shirts to never be recovered. I decided to give the "new" Brier Creek location a chance and they punched a hole in the sleeve of a brand new shirt. When I stopped by the cleaners to show them the damage they said they couldn't do anything about it since I didn't have the "blue" ticket. I'm through! I'll never give them any business and I recommend that you don't suffer through a bad experience as I have done now, twice!

I just used Best price cleaners in Brier Creek
this was the best expereince of my life .
first i was relactant to use them base of thier inexpensive prices but then I thought to give a try but to be honest with u they were the best
the price was very very reasonable , the front counter imployees were very polite and nice and the service and quality was the best . I will always use this cleaner and recomend every one to use them

While it may be tempting to use this dry cleaner because of their incredibly low prices, you clearly get what you pay for. I recently had a rather expensive comforter and pillow shams cleaned - and unfortunately the comforter was completely destroyed. Clearly the comforter had not been cleaned in the same manner as the shams, which were in perfect condition. I immediately spoke to the owner, who first told me that he saw no difference between the comforter and the shams (the comforter was 3 shades lighter and looked worn). Then he stated that the material of the comforter must have been defective (all were purchased at Restoration Hardware at the same time). He apparently used that line with another unsatisfied customer who has posted a complaint on this site. And finally he called me a liar and said that I needed to prove to him that the comforter was in the same shape as the shams when I brought it in (which is obviously not possible). The only remedy he offered was to clean all of them again (he apparently thinks I'm stupid enough to give him the shams so that he can destroy those too and then claim that they all look alike and he did nothing wrong). The owner is unethical, unprofessional and I cannot urge you strongly enough not to patronize this cleaner. In the long run, you will be better off paying higher prices and having your garments cleaned by a professional. Unfortunately I am moving out of state in a week and therefore cannot file a small claims case...so my only recourse is to ensure that others do not suffer the same fate. I beg of you... please do not patronize this cleaner!

I dropped off a large amount of clothes at this new location because it's near our new home. The store is supposed to be open until 7pm. I arrived at the door at 6:59pm and a gentleman was locking the doors. He decides to open the door and says "you're lucky today, I'm feeling nice" and he went and found my order. I had another load of clothes in my car that needed to be cleaned and this guy said, sorry you will have to bring those back tomorrow. Terrible customer service.

i recently dropped off some clothes one being a suit and several pairs of express dress pants and get this, they have LOST 10 items of my bundle!!! they have no clue if they have walked out the store either by a customer or if an employee may have taken them!!!

I picked up my new Ann Taylor sweater from the Clayton store and it looked as if it had been washed instead of dry cleaned. All of the color had faded from the garment. I was told it was the manufacturer's fault and their inferior dye process. I thought I'd give them another chance only to have them press out the pleats (completely) on a pleated skirt. I've only worn the skirt twice! Never again will I use them.

I used Best Price Cleaners in Clayton (same owners as store in Raleigh). 3 weeks ago, they lost one of my shirts and tried to tell me they had just counted wrong. After 3 weeks, they offered to pay me $15 for the shirt (which cost me over $30 2 months ago!). I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and I am considering a small claims suit. (This is in reference to their store in Clayton, but same owners)

Have tried their service for dry cleaning of winter wear and other delicate clothes. They charge fixed rates for most of the garments (less than 2 dollars). Although they claim same day service you may have to wait longer some times.

I recently had a pair of pants altered at Best Cleaners. They were done very quickly and very well. I have also had a lot of clothes dry cleaned there and have always been pleased.
