I've been very happy with my purchase from TI! They helped me pick a great car for my budget and took the time to find out what I really needed. If it needs service, I can just give them a call and they will find a way to help. Can't get much better than that. I will definitely go back and recommend them to friends, and I love my car!

Had a great experience at Triangle Imports! My partner and I drove all the way up from Wilmington to test drive cars, and came back to Triangle after many lackluster to appallingly bad experiences elsewhere. Jeff was helpful, honest and low-key. He never gave us the "hard-sell," which was refreshing. Both Jeff and Mike had us laughing throughout the entire process. We love our "new" BMW, and I would strongly recommend Triangle Imports to anyone looking to buy an import for a fair price in the Raleigh region! Thanks guys!

I bought an E class Mercedes from Triangle Imports and have had nothing but a great experience. Mike and Jeff were instrumental in helping me pick out the vehicle. After the sale, I have used Triangle for all of my service needs. They have one of the top mechanics in the state (Scott Graves) and he has always been able to assist with service for this and my other vehicles. Keep up the good work.

Both my wife and I have purchased vehicles from Mike and Jeff at Triangle imports. We loved the Murano and the Toyota.

When I had a minor problem with the Toyota, the service department was responsive and quick. They diagnosed an issue others had missed.

If you want to purchase a used vehicle...these cars are top of the line, like the team at Triangle Imports.

I've had excellent experience from the team at TI for 7+ years. The folks up there (Mike, Jeff, Tom, etc.) work hard to make sure I'm happy...and most importantly, they've made sure to do the same for the many friends and collegues that I've sent to TI over the years.

They know me, they know my car(s), and always do their very best to get whatever I need done within the timeframe I need.

These guys run a solid business with integrity and I have no hesitation recommending TI to anyone.

I have been taking my cars to Triangle Imports for over 6 years. Not only are they friendly and professional, they treat their customers the way we want to be treated and their team of mechanics and sales people are very knowledgeable!
I recommend Triangle Imports to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle or have their vehicle serviced by someone other than the dealer.

If I could give them no stars I would. The manager/owner (Mike) is an arrogant a$$hole, he does not listen to customers, tries to talk over you, and thinks that because he owns a business he can treat customers anyway he chooses. In fact, he walked out in the middle of our conversation as I tried to explain the issue I had with the vehicle that I purchased there.

The vehicle was sold with obvious safety issues that were not uncovered until the vehicle had been driven a few times/miles. With a BMW, a dealer can reset the lights and there would be no way for the unsuspecting consumer to determine whether or not the vehicle had an issues unless they had a factory tool.

They make it seem like their cars are the cream of the crop by showing you the vehicle history and Carfax, by stating that all of their vehicles are check before they are offered for sale. Additionally, they throw in a 3 mo 5k warranty, which is too good to be true, because it is only a powertrain warranty. If they were on the up and up, the why would they not check the Warranty box and then the Service Contract box on the Buyer's Guide since that is what they are giving you. They select As Is instead of Warranty as a means to hide behind the law and protect themselves from a suit in case something goes wrong with the vehicle. I assume going forward they will provide better service as I am took a stance for consumers like you and I.

They violated FTC rules, which require you to display a Buyer's Guide in the window of any used car being offered for sale. There was no Buyer's Guide in my window. When I went to sign the papers and saw the Buyer's Guide show that it was As Is I questioned it, because they mentioned a warranty. They showed me the warranty and stated that the Buyer's Guide just shows that they are not the one providing the warranty.

I did not know the significance of the Buyer's Guide then, but I do now. Not only was the Buyer's Guide not in my window; I have photos of at least 8 vehicles without Buyer's Guides being offered for sale, which is a clear violation of FTC rules. Not only will I see them in court, the will hear from the DMV License & Theft Division, the FTC, the state attorney general, and the Better Business Bureau.

Additionally, the service department sucks. They are rude, incompetent, and demonstrate poor customer service. Visit Autohaus in Raleigh, they provide wonderful service and the experience was great. You are not just a number there; you are like family.

They misdiagnosed the service light on the vehicle and sent me to the BMW dealer for repairs supposedly covered under the manufacturers warranty. Turns out it was not so I got stuck with the bill for the diagnosis. They did not refund the money I spent at a dealer they sent me to. Instead they wanted me to let them fix it and they would deduct the costs associated with the dealer visit.

Why would I let them fix my vehicle when they misdiagnosed it in the first place and did not know the vehicle had multiple fault stored in its memory. I question what type of checking was performed. It should be a crime to sell a vehicle with known safety issues.

You have a voice and it can sink a business if they do not treat you fairly. The Internet is one way to get the attention of a company that is not fair in their dealings with customers.

My husband and I have never bought used before, but stopped by one day last week to see what they had. The salesman Jeff was so nice and spent a lot of time explaining everything to us. I had no idea the whole process could go so smoothly! I trust these guys now and will definitely purchase from them again when we give my husband's car to our son next fall. Thanks! I am LOVING my BMW!!

I am a female, and if I have learned anything, I have learned that mechanics will take advantage of that. Fortunately I know enough about cars to know if someone is trying to steal my money. Unfortunately I am not a mechanic, and can't do all the work on my car. That is why I go to Triangle Imports. I cannot vouch for EVERYONE there, but I personally know several of the mechanics. And I would let my car fall apart before I allowed anyone but them to touch my car!

I had taken my vehicle to Leith for about 3 years. At the end of my warranty terms I needed a new home for my vehicle service. I gave Triangle Imports a chance and they absolutely did an amazing job. They were professional and courtious, they knew what they were talking about. They gave me times to make decisions on what I wanted to get fixed. They gave me an estimate which was right on. BONUS: Rental car while my vehicle was with them...THAT WAS GREAT...and to top it all off they washed my vehicle beautifully. I will recommend Triangle Imports to anyone...You wont be disappointed

I really need some major work done on my 2005 X5. I couldn' t afford to do everything at once. Tom worked out a plan and made sure I got the serious and safety issues remedied first and a plan to finish the rest. Having the loaner car kept me on track at work and the job was done on time!! Thank again Tom and to your guys too!

In 2007, I was sold a lemon edition of my dream car- I had waited ten years for this car... Then, for some following months, I had to drive from Wilmington to Raleigh several times for the dealership to do various repairs on my car. No gas reimbursement, and the rental car was only available to customers willing to operate within business hours. It is now 2009, and my dream car is parked in the driveway, and will be until I come up with $4060 to make necessary repairs. Also, the dealers are not above intimidation methods to get their way!

I took my car in with info from the dealer. Tom called me to give me an estimate of 1700.00 on engine repairs and timing belt. Told Tom could not afford it. He told me to do some calculations and to call him back with what he could pay him. Paid him 600.00 down, with plan of 600.00 next pay check and 500.00 with pay check after that. The next day he called back to inform me job would be 2300.00 and I told Tom I do not have the money, he just want me to let him fix the car and he would work out all the details. The next day I spoke with other about cars and repair. Kia dealers told me it would cost around 1800.00 to repair the whole engine and I let Tom know that and ask him for a written estimate with warrenty info. He then starts to get upset that I would even ask him for that information and that he could not tell me until the motor shop could get back to him on every thing they had to do. Well to make a long story short. Motor shop came back fixing the engine cylinder #3 at 500.00 and 399.00 for parts. Well Tom says the rest of the cost came from the timing belt and he did not include that in the price for parts but is adding 1200.00+ for labor. Kia quoted me 500.00 for timing belt. Anyway Tom lied because in the original estimate he said the timing belt was a time bomb and advised replacement, but now that I am questioning figures he say that all the timing belt info change and that it was not included in the first estimate. He futher called the rental car company (triangle rental car) and gave them my info. Triangle calls me and say that Tom gave them my name and that if I don't come and pick up my car that is now ready and turn in the rental that Tom set up then they would report the car stolen. Ask Tom about it and he said that it is not a problem and and I just need to come pay and pick up my car. Tom also wanted me to pay 1300.00 insted of the payment plan as my father offered to pay that and no more because he knows that we were being ripped off. So, Triangle imports still has my car today. I have never been treated so rude, and have never felt so pushed around, and made to feel so inferior in my life. I hope to get WRAL 5 on your side invovled or trouble shooters. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE - YOU WILL BE DUPED INTO PAYING A CRAZY AMOUNT OF MONEY TO HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIRED. AND PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THE FREE RENTAL CAR.
