I bought a home from this dealer. Their homes are definitely cheaply made. We bought the home because of the bathroom and kitchen, but it didn't take us long to realize we were going to be disappointed in our home buying experience. It started with Steve Norris the owner and contractor of Kingdom Homes. I believe his middle name is SLACK because that is how he was throughout our entire process. We began our process in July and did not complete our home until the end of January. There are many reasons I feel that Steve earned this review... He would avoid phone calls (that is until you called and projected your attitude over a voicemail), kept putting a broken brick back on our porch for months hoping we wouldn't notice, never covered up our 1000 foot water line, and knew he done wrong and did not shop up to closing with our lawyer until after my husband and I had left. The big issue was our drain line. He did not hook in our washing machine drain line to the septic. That's right our dirty laundry water was pouring into our insulation under our home. I did not notice this until the second week living in our home... It was terrible. I had to call and call and call. When I talked with him I was told that they would be there Sunday at 12 to fix the problem, but no one came. He finally showed up at 2 and did not have parts to fix it. So he had to go get parts and then come fix it... Did I mention this was our anniversary? He did not get done until 4:30. Ohh and I forgot to say he brought his son along, a young son. Good ploy to kill the tension that he was in titled to. When he left he said we will be back at the beginning of the week to replace insulation, but he still has not shown up. He also said i dont promise to be perfect but i will fix it. The bad part is again that when I texted to remind him he acted like I was wrong.. It has almost been a month and still no sign of him. I have been screwed and he does not care. DO NOT TRUST this man. I am thankful to have a home but wished I would have bought it from someone that truly cares about my family. He continues to put signs in our yard even when we lay them down. We don't want people to be mislead and go through the same things we did. Got time to stand up a sign for advertisement but not enough to fix our insulation???

Kingdom Homes services a wide variety of recreational vehicles. They are very good at working with older models, obtaining rare parts and equipment. They are also very willing to look at your vehicle and asses problems you might be having with it.
