Home Depot

Placed a will call order for sod, topsoil, pine straw and a few other itmens on a Thursday, Prepaid and was told the order would be picked and staged for pick up on Sunday morning by my hourly contractor. I personally went Saturday after noon to check on it and was told it was in process.

I showed up Sunday morning with my 2 hourly workers and the order was not put together. Needless to say it took 50 minutes while the inept Home Depot people put it together. It cost me $48 in labor for something I was told was done. BAD experience and the sod was yellow and dead when we laid it.

GO TO LOWES acroos the street....

I am a regular at this Home Depot. The team is VERY good. They exemplify the Home Depot standard. They are polite and informed. I recommend this location strongly.
