When it came to a solution to the problem, the tech was pushy and a jerk, accusing us of launching the car off of a ramp to bend it's frame. We took it somewhere else for another opinion and were only charged 1/4 of what Frantz said it would be cost to be fixed and haven't had any problems since. Not recommended!

This company is the best around! Honest, dependable, I can't say enough. When other companies would have ripped me off, Frantz always tells you the truth, even when they won't make any money.
I love 'em and will never leave 'em.

Don, Lisa, and Darryl have been repairing and servicing our family's car for years. Their staff is both professional and knowlegeable and their customer service is second to none - they treat you like family. Their newley renovated facility is really incredible. You must see the waiting room - 50's retro meets NASCAR - it's great! Clean as a whistle also.

I can not say enough good things about Frantz Auto. They are honest, friendly, knowledgeable people who are very customer service oriented. Everyone in my family takes their cars to Frantz. They are dependable and their prices are fair. Even though I live in Raleigh, I take my car to FRantz in Cary, even if it's just an oil change!
