The sales experience was quite painless and I think I got a good vehicle at a good price. Alan was
also very helpful when my wife had a flat tire a few weeks ago. He directed her to the service department
and they took care of the vehicle without an appointment.
I have been going to Leith Toyota for my service on my vehicle for several years. The employees there are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. My usual service advisor there, Kassandra Benson, is great! She is friendly, very personable and very informative about the needs for my vehicle. I would recommend asking for her if you go to this location. She takes great care of her customers!
I was in need of a great car since I commute on a daily basis to Greenville from Clayton and wasn't sure what car to go with. Cameron Moore was very knowledgable in helping me weigh out the pros and cons for each car to see what would meet our needs and ultimately helped my husband and I find exactly what we needed for the right price! We were very happy and still continue to be daily with our 2012 Toyota Corolla. I highly suggest you go see Cameron Moore and find your dream car, too!
I was in the market for a mini-van and had chosen the Toyota Sienna. I was ready to buy that day but I could not get the salesperson (Rick) to give me a price. He said he would talk to his manager and call me that night. Well, he didn't call and didn't call and so finally I called him. He informed me that he had to get HIS car fixed and that it was very important that he do so and that he would call me back in 30 minutes. He didn't. So an hour later I called the dealership to talk to someone else. Then he called. When I asked for a price, he said he wouldn't give it over the phone and would I come in. At this point I became very angry. I stated that I had JUST BEEN in and he wouldn't give me the price then. It was an hour drive round trip and I wasn't about to make it again unless I was ready to sign the papers. I was about to lay down around $40K for a vehicle and I was ready to do so that night. All I wanted was a price. Any idiot would know to comparison shop when laying out that kind of money. He wouldn't do it, but put his manager on. This is where it really got fun.
Remember, I was a customer who wanted to buy their product and wanted to do it right then. And they STILL wouldn't give me a price! What kind of business won't tell you how much their product is?! At this point the manager starts to argue with me. Yes, argue. He tells me that he can't meet the prices of Toyota in Apex and that I've wasted everyone's time and how unfair it all is. Here I was trying to purchase a car and the manager is literally yelling at me and rather than give me a price, he is giving me his business woes. After being so rudely interrupted, yelled at and insulted, I hung up and went straight to Toyota of Apex. Not only did they beat the price, they were friendly, competent, and went out their way to get what I wanted. They didn't have the color I wanted, (the one that was already in stock at Leith) so they searched until they found it. I will wait a month to get it - they had to ship it directly from Japan- but I don't mind. I would rather do that and give them my loyal business than ever set foot in Leith Toyota again. If that is how they treat a potential customer, how on earth do you think they would treat you once they already have your money?
I've had 3 vehicles purchased with Leith Toyota in the last 5 years. My experience with Adrian McCrae has been outstanding from beginning to end. He's helped with finding the right vehicles for my needs, wants and finances. He's been prompt with returning phone calls and has been truly patience with helping my 75 year old grandmother purchase a car. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase my next vehicle from Adrian McCrae regardless of the dealership he's working for. I would recommend anyone to Adrian because he truly gets the job done correctly in my humble opinion.
I purchased my Highlander from Leith in 2008. Buying experience was good as has been service. In February, had a critical warning light come on mid morning of the day we were leaving for a road trip. Called Leith and my service adviser, Rich, told me to come right in. He worked me into the schedule, made the repairs and got us on the road. I could not ask for better service on very short notice!
We really appreciated that John took the time to understand our financial situation and considered the age/condition of our vehicle before performing significant work. The communication from the service department was awesome. I have recommended this dealership to all of my friends!
I purchased my Matrix at Leith Toyota in 2007. It's been a great car with no problems. I recently had my car in to replace an engine computer module. The first visit was to determine whether the car needed the part. It did, and the part was ordered. The second visit was to have the part installed. The first visit lasted no more than 15 minutes, and the second took 15 minutes less than estimated hour. In my 45+ years of owning cars I can't recall having been to a dealer service center and getting in and out so quickly! Julio and Doug were the service advisers for my two visits. They both were courteous and professional. Great service!
The waiting lounge is comfortable, and the complementary coffee is good, just like the service.
To summarize ... The ten or times I have been to Leith Toyota for service, the work has been done on time, and there has not been any problem with any of the work. The service team knows their jobs well!

After buying my new 2008 Corolla at another Raleigh Toyota dealer, I switched my service to Leith after being terribly disappointedby the other Toyota dealer's service.
Leith has always exceeded my expectations for the following reasons:
1. Prompt service and convenient appointments
2. Courteous, friendly service advisors
3. Fair prices
4. Car always returned clean
5. Work done right the first time
One particular example. I had a nasty driveability issue with my new Corolla that took hours of diagnosis. Even though this was warranty work, the Leith technician took all the time he needed to trace it to a bad sensor. This fully resolved the stubborn issue.
This is where you should get your next Toyota and where you should take any Toyota you now own for service.
Don't be fooled by low oil change prices from major chains. Leith's price is fair, they check your car thoroughly, and don't try to rip you off for stuff you do not need. The parts department is excellent too.

I rate my experience with the Service Dept. at Leith Toyota at the superior level. First, the scheduling is customer oriented. Second, my service advisor, Nelson Gaviria, is an excellent listener. He does not try to "push" unneeded service. I appreciate his feedback as to future service my Tacoma pickup will need. Finally, the shuttle service is prompt and on time and the waiting area is always clean.
I took my Toyota in for a module recall and was quite impressed from the time I drove up to the service door. Someone took care of me immediately . . . and I arrived ten minutes before the doors were supposed to open. It was the best service experience from a dealership that I have EVER experienced in the 45 years of owning a car! Plus, the Service waiting area was excellent.
I recently took my vehicle to Leith Toyota on Capitol Blvd. in Raleigh NC and was pleasantly supprised at the treatment I received, since it was for an engine control module recall. My visit was a great experience. Every one was very plasant and the waiting area was so neat and well equipped that the time flew by. I could not say enough about the dedication, energy and feedback from the staff in making each person feel special. The service department gave me a time estimate which was dead on and notified me about progress. The waiting area was also well equiped with a large screen tv, free popcorn, canned soft drinks and comfortable chairs.
Best ever place I've taken my car to have it serviced. I worked with David Price and he was not only helpful, but so knowledgeable about everything I needed to know. You've got a great guy in that position. I highly recommend him and will call on him in the future. Thanks also to Brian the service technician, for an excellent job and being so courteous.
We have two vehicles and I have had them maintained routinely here since they were purchased. I return because the service is so good. Additional services are suggested at times and sometimes I agree to have them done and other times I decline. No pressure either way, which is also nice. Best part is the discount coupons I get in the mail and the fact that they stick to the time estimates.
Prior to moving to NC, we used another dealership and thought we were happy. Leith runs circles around the other dealership -- clean, friendly and welcoming. We can't thank our coordinator,
Kassandra Benson enough. She ensured we understood what our service would entail, the cost to us, how long it would take. We waited for our vehicle and were so pleased when it was returned to us 15 mins. before promised. I have lived in the Raleigh area for 13 years and have purchased cars from several different dealers.In my opinion, Leith Toyota is the only dealer that warrants an excellent rating. I bought a 2007 Camry from Leith and have been very impressed with their service department. My service advisor,Nelson Gavaria, and the entire service staff is always very courteous,friendly and helpful.
I bought a 2010 Highlander last year and started to use Leith Toyota Service with the first service of the car. I've been very impressed with their service department. Most recently, I brought the car back in for not only service but to have a window issued addressed. David Price was very professional and attentive. When the matter turned out not to be what was originally thought, David was very helpful in helping me understand what had happened - he also noticed that I had had some damage to the side of my car and wanted to make sure I was doing what had to be done to fix it. I am very very pleased with the high level of service received from David and from the service department overall. That includes everyone from Susan who schedules the visits to the shop Foreman to the gentlemen who take and deliver the car at time of servicing. I would highly recommend them for any Toyota servicing needs.

I have been taking my car to Leith Toyota since I got my 2005 Corolla. John Desmond has been my service adivsor each time and I totally trust his judgement. He let's me know what I need to get done immediately for safety reason and what could possibly wiat based on my budget. Recently a new guy Rich was my advisor since John was off that day. I needed quite a few things done and even though John was which I did not know at the time. Rich got in contact with John because I was not comfortable with what Rich was telling me. John called me and confirmed what Rich said. I was ecstatic beacause this was John's day off but he took time to contact me. I give two thumbs up to Rich and John. I trust them and know that my car is in good hands with them!!!!!
I am a college student in the Raleigh area. I have been going to Leith Toyota for three years now. Every time I go I am greeted as soon as I pull in. Everyone is very kind. The environment is very nice, which made waiting for my car to be serviced a pleasant experience- they even offered free popcorn and a soda or coffee! I was very pleased with their work. As painful as the service process can be Nelson Gaviria and the other professionals at Leith Toyota make the experience a pleasant one. They communicate every step of the way, there's no surprises, they take the time to explain things in simple terms, and they go out of their way to make sure that you are satisfied with the results.

We drove our new Prius home from Leith on Saturday, even though we couldn't get to the bank to pay for it until Monday. "Don't worry, we know where to find you," said the salesman. Our salesman was kind and efficient, and our service agent (ask for Nelson) is also top-notch. Both our Toyotas are serviced at Leith. Nelson treats us like we matter, and the coffee is pretty good too! Visit and see for yourself!
One first class Toyota dealership . . . their individual and collective attitude and professional approach toward me as a customer has been nothing short of exceptional . . . would not go anywhere else to get my Highlander serviced . . . if you want to be treated like family, this is place.
We have purchased two Toyotas from Leith over the past 4 years. While not necessarily the lowest price, they made sure they found the right car,color and options we wanted at the price we agreed to pay. Easy sales experences. Not like the other dealers who want to be your friend before they give you a price, then give you a high price and have to go talk to their manager, who comes out 10 minutes later to try to close the deal. After you leave, they call you and offer you a better price, but only if you buy one of the cars on their lot.
We have serviced both cars here since they were new. It's easy to get an appointment either on the phone or on line and you can wait while they service the car. It's usually quick and done right. Like any dealer, they try to sell you extra services above the ones in your owners manual, so you need to pay attention. Prices are as good as anywhere else, like Jiffylube, so I'd rather go to the dealer.
We just bought two cars in two days from Leith Toyota, and the primary reason was because we trust the Service Department. We traded in a 13-year-old Sienna and a 14-year-old 4-Runner after years of dependable performance. We applaud Eric Baxter and the mechanics at Leith for keeping them healthy all these years, and we look forward to many more years of excellent service for our new Prius and 4-Runner.

I have a 2003 Highlander and Leith Toyota has been excellent at customer service, knowledge of products and timeliness of work performed. Eric Baxter is my service advisor and he is always up front with any concerns the technicians may have and if the concerns need "immediate" attention or if those concerns can wait. I always feel good when leaving Leith as I know my best interest has been looked after.

Both are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They take the time to explain what work will be performed and only recommend the necessary work. Leith Toyota is one of the friendlist places to take my car in town and I am always treated with "white glove service" whenever I bring in my car. I bought my vehicle at this location and included the maineanance plan. They always do the right thing for the customer, which I highly respect.
In particular, John Desmond is the consummate professional and is a shining gem within your service organization. Whenever I deal with your service center, I will only work with John I always feel that he puts my own well being and safety 1st and foremost. He is one of the best examples of how "Leith Toyota Gets It Right".
