Polite on the phone and in person, but they never fix anything right the first time. Parts needed for emergency repairs are often not in stock, and don't arrive when promised. Call someone else. Buyer beware.

In and out, but dont really fix things.

They are very good about fixing symptoms but never think to get to the cause of a problem. I paid $200 for them to "fix" a problem and then 1 week later the same problem caused $400 of damage to my system. Then as the repairman was leaving water was pouring out of my boiler onto the floor.

I had to contact Jessup regarding a plumbing issue from a warranty they bought from my home builder. The scheduler was very nice and professional and the plumber they sent out was very nice, clean and thorough! He fixed the small problem quickly and cleaned up my bathroom even cleaner than it had been when he arrived! WOW!
