Mr. Sprinkle was very prompt and knew exactly what needed to be done to complete our project. We are extremely pleased with his work and wouldnt hesitate to call him for further projects or recommend him to someone else. A very nice , knowledgable man. I asked him for his card so i can call him for our next project.

Mark Sprinkle said he would be here around noon and arrived shortly thereafter. I explained the problem tohim and he immediately removed the blind and found the problem. He suggested we go to the Bali website and see if the six year old blinds might still be under warranty. We determined that they were and call Bali to order replacement parts only to find out they had to be sent back to Bali for repair. Mark spoke with the Bali rep and we made arrangements to send them back to Bali for repair. I would have never even thought about calling Bali to see if they were still under warranty. Mark said that they ususally warranty parts like that
