Bed Tyme Stories

I gave bedtyme stories my credit card number in order to rent adult movies from them. I was a good customer and returned everything on time until on day when I returned a video one day late. The next time I went in to rent, they informed me that it was turned in 27 days late and they had charged my account $70. I refused to pay it and talked to the manager several times to try to remedy it, but she was decidedly unfriendly and acted as if I was in the wrong. 6 months later, they charged my credit card for $70 and this resulted in an overdraft fee and a bad mark on my credit. I called again and spoke with a different manager, who was decidedly more friendly and said she might be able to at least give me store credit. But that never happened, as the other manager overrode her, so I paid a total of $99 for an adult movie that I returned 1 day late.
