Brakes Plus

I had some squeaking from both my wife's and my brakes. I thought it was about time to have them replaced and braced myself for the bill. When I returned to the service center, they told me I had more than enough pad on my brakes and that it was just early morning noises from rust that would happen regardless, I left without paying a penny. What service center have you been to that doesn't gouge you at every opportunity. They said they wanted my business for the long haul, and they've got it. I've been back for all inspections and tune ups. They are quick and courteous, I highly recommend them.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Brakes Plus, from sincere customer service to charges to the actual work done on my vehicle. I should mention that I went to this shop based on the recommendations from about 6 people that had experienced years of honest and skillful service from the mechanics there. Turnaround and prices are reasonable, but the big advantage is that the customers I know have always been given reliable estimates up front, on repairs that have always been legitimately needed. The Brakes Plus staff has also been very good at explaining exactly what they found with my vehicle, what all my options for repairs are, and the pros and cons of each option, and always in a very patient and thoughtful - but never condescending - way. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I would strongly recommend theese guys for your automotive needs. I recieved a warm welcome as a first time customer. They gave me an accurate and honest evaluation of my car's brake system. They also pointed out some other problems with my car that most likely would have left me on the side of the road had they not brought them to my attention. I felt like I was treated like family rather than just an other number. I was also suprissed to learn that they do just about everything there, not just brakes. The manager took the time to ensure that I had a complete understanding of my car's needs and along with what I was getting for the money I was spending.
