For the patient's convenience, Cary Diagnostic Radiology participates with most major insurance programs. The centers offer a complete range of services including Bone Densitometry (D.E.X.A.), Mammography (F.D.A. Certified Center), Diagnostic Radiology & Imaging, Ultrasound and C.T. You will be helped through the exam by a highly trained radiological technologist who is nationally certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. The technologist's goal is to obtain the best image quality for diagnosis while caring for the patient's needs in the process. After your exam, your films will be interpreted by a highly trained physician who specializes in radiology.

Horrible. Their billing department is a nightmare. They bill the wrong insurance company then put you on a credit report that looks like the bill was never paid. They won't put the bill into the correct insurance company even after contacting them several times. Their response to their mistakes per their VA billing office is to slam a person into a less than reputable collection agency and then try to collect on a bill that is over 6 years old. Real unprofessional atmosphere. Stay out of this place if you don't want your credit hurt and your name slandered.

Stay Away, I arrived at 8:15 as instructed, they unlock the doors at 8:15 and I sat there until 9:00. No one told me why I was waiting. Finally at 9:00 I find out that the doctor just now arrived. These people here are rude, disorganized and don't care if you are there or not.
