Customer service was horrible.

Our order was originally quoted to be delivered in a "few" weeks. After three weeks, I called & they told me it would be another four weeks (note, no call from them). Five weeks later I called again & still not in yet (again, no call from them). A week & a half later I called again & it was finally in (again, no call from them to say it was in!!!).

Picked it up & noticed one of the boxes was damaged (crushed / open). Got it home & realized there was no hardware (for a bed). Apparently they notice the packaging issue & didn't check the contents (although they said they "thought" they did). Called back & was told I could come back in & they "MIGHT" be able find some misc. hardware I could use, but I'd need to be patient because they were busy. Was then told I didn't need the hardware anytime soon because it would make a lot more sense to stain everything first & then assemble (huh? - Thx for that great "professional" advice, but I'd like the product I paid for!). I told them just to call the vendor & have the replacement HW shipped directly to my house. They agreed and said they'd have it shipped overnight.

A week & a half later, no HW. I called & they said they'd follow up with the vendor. Two days later got a voicemail from them that the HW had been shipped directly to Rockwood... they could mail it to me but needed my home address. Having little confidence this organization could do anything right, I went in the next day to pick it up. Of course, they'd found my address & mailed it to my home (& again, NO CALL to me letting me know that... more time (& gas money) wasted).

So, after three months from point of order, a few trips, and numerous phone calls (all initiated by me), I got my "two week" delivery in. Worst part - it's one thing not being apologetic (which they weren't), but in some cases they were just rude, especially over the phone.
